Awesome stay! We got free airport transfer inclusive in our room rate might be due to low season. Room is clean and everything were great! Excellent fine dining standard breakfast. Started with croissant, slice chocolate cake, muffins followed by main course choose between western or Sri Lankan style then complete with fruits platter! Friendly staff!

Hotel was very nice, good location, staff were friendly but definitely it could have been cleaner. The ac started leaking after using it for few hours. It kept making horrible noise. Notified the staff but nothing happened.

The hotel has no proper lobby, Front desk don't seem interested to answer questions, floor was dirty in the room, room had no proper window, window was on walk way that has to remain close as people pass by. The rate charges for this is too high for low season which did not include breakfast. Also purchased food at the restaurant that was pricy for a hotel of this size and service

Perfekt transithotell!

Hadde fire netter her som avslutning på vår Sri Lanka reise. Koste oss fra det minuttet vi kom inn på rommet til vi sjekket ut. Hyggelig betjening, freshe rom og et utrolig hyggelig pool/restaurantområde. Start eller avslutt ferien din på dette hotellet, du vil ikke angre. Gratis minibar og shuttle til flyplassen var også en hyggelig gest fra hotellets side. Vi kommer gjerne igjen til Pledge 3

Staff were freindly attentive and welcoming. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms could do with a better clean due to the mould in the shower and the dirt on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom locked itself several times snd staff had to unlock it.

Fantastisk service!

Jeg har bodd på mange hoteller, men sjelden blitt så positivt overrasket! Rom, renhold, svømmebasseng, wifi og mat var strålende. Det aller beste var allikevel de ansattes service og vennlighet. Innholdet i minibar var gratis. Kjøring til flyplass var gratis. Et glimrende hotell før hjemreise fra Sri Lanka.
