「The hotel was in good location, had a great breakfast. In the room, there was a constant beeping sound. We have complained once and it was fixed for a while. But when we came back to the room in the evening, there was the same beeping sound in the room again. We tried to call the reception but phone line was also broken. 「I have stayed at many 5 star properties but the level of customer appreciation in this family friendly hotel would put them to shame. Any request was responded to promptly and with a smile. Employees seemed happy and that translated into service. Kudos to the manager. We were a large group(3 suites- 5 adults and 3 children). Meals were buffet style with food options for vegans, vegetarians and children always available. I would definitely come back.」
