The manager was very snarky and rude. Our first room was extremely dirty; the bathroom wasn't clean, and our bed sheets and pillows had stains on them.

Our stay was pretty good in spite of the people in the room next door were noisy and banging around a lot and rather loud. Then at 12:15 a.m. somebody came by our room and knocked on our door loudly a few times. We knew it wasn’t anybody we knew, just someone screwing around. The numbers for the rooms are very hard to see. I would strongly suggest that they use some type of reflective paint, numbers, or tape so people can see the room numbers in the dark. We had a hard time finding the number of our room because you can’t see them in the dark. The breakfast was good and had a nice selection of items to choose from. Over all, if we were in that area again, we would stay there again as the price was very affordable, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and everything was nice and clean.

I’ll never again try to save money by booking at a place inexpensive. Literally the walls were falling apart at the bottoms. Don’t know if they had tornado flooding. I would have left but it was late and had to get up very early for flight. They also hold $100 security deposit for a few days. They should pay you for staying.

Limited availability in the Green Bay area due to a concert brought us to this motel. We had concerns prior to staying based on previous reviews, but thankfully the motel and the room itself were better than expected.

I have low standards. This did not meet them. The sheets were not really clean. The bathroom was cramped, and the bathroom door did not close fully because either the hinges were off or the door was a little too wide. You also had to make sure the room door itself closed and locked. We chose this as a cheaper location that was convenient to Osh Kosh. But it is not directly off the highway either, which was weird.

It started with our reservation being lost in their system. After the manager was called in and about 45 minutes later, it was found. I have no idea how. The Staff was quick to respond to a multitude of problems. The first room not only had a musty smell, the toilet was a water hammer with every flush and there was a leak in the ceiling that dripped on my head while using it! Gross! We were given a new room and the next morning the toilet overflowed everywhere. We left.

While trying to check in the staff were having a discussion about something, so the process too twice as long as it should have. Then to find out we needed to put a $50 damage deposit down. That wasn't stated anywhere. Then at check out had to wait for the person to check our room before getting the deposit back. Also the sheets had some stains, the curtains had some spots. The bathmat was very told, and super thin you could see through it. Shower is very low for a person that is over 6ft. Room was nice and clean, just something didn't give the warm fuzzy feeling.
