「Sad to say the hotel stay was substandard. We booked two nights hoping for a solid 4 star hotel as advertised. We got a room and noticed some mold on the AC. When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought. 「I went with my husband and 7 year old son and we had a good time in Simantro. Loved the view and resort surroundings with all the greenary around, best part was the beach side and beach beds
Beach was beautiful my son enjoyed. Overall we had a good experience, i would only recomend few more restaurants to be availble to eat.
Other than that nice experience, nice staff and good food. 」

「Sehr schöner Hotel, mit sehr hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern und sehr gutem Service. Wir sind um 9:45 angekommen, weil wir einen frühreren Flug gehabt haben und, trotzdem wurde unser Zimmer um 10:15 fertig und die Zimmerreinigung ebenfalls für uns Prio genommen. (obwohl die Check-in Zeit um 15:00) gewesen wäre. Am Abfugstag, wurden uns Launchpakete vorbereitet. Es war eine 10/10 in jedem Aspekt (Ruhige Lage, freundliche Mitarbeiter, der ausgewöhnliche Meerblick und die ganz sauberen Zimmer)! - Wien 」
