「A welcomed experience at the Grand Fergana Hotel. I felt all the staff wanted to ensure my comfort and for me to enjoy my stay there They achieved it ! They were welcoming, polite, respectful, efficient to the point of helping to carry my shopping bags to the room, and worked as a team. Thank you to all. It was clean, tidy, aesthetically pleasing ..especially with the antics of the peacock and his four peahens :) I would be happy to return again.」

「Shower was not working, toilet seat wobbly, carpet dirty, cigarette ashes all over the carpet and safe was not working. Manager kindly took care of shower, toilet seat and safe issue. Expedia site says 2 restaurants but no restaurant. Only breakfast hall. Overall i would not stay again there」
