From the parking area, you'll ascend some charming stone stairs, and on your right, a delightful pool awaits, complete with umbrellas and sunbeds for a relaxing time under the sun. In front of the house, there's a spacious table where you can unwind during sunset or enjoy a lovely dinner outdoors. Not to mention, a convenient rotisserie is available for your outdoor cooking needs.

As you step inside, on your right, you'll discover a spacious area with large built-in couches, providing a comfortable spot to lounge while enjoying the magnificent outdoor view through the expansive windows.

Traumhaft schöne Unterkunft mit total liebem Vermieter. Der flexible Check-In war super. Die ruhige Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Schotterweg zur Unterkunft war mit unserem Auto kein Problem. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Truly Delightful and Serene

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was so relaxing, convenient to the whole island, and everything we needed! Tush was very helpful in getting us to the house and even helped us with ordering a delivery for our first dinner. I would definitely recommend this property!

Splendida, unica e meravigliosa vacanza

Che dire! Gia'ci aveva stregato quando l'abbiamo vista nel sito. Struttura di pietra, tutta finestrata davanti, piscina, portico, letto che guarda all'esterno...abbiamo detto subito...e' questa..Cosi' e' stato e nessuna scelta e' stata migliore. Appena arrivati siamo rimasti a bocca aperta per la bellezza della struttura, unica, ed il panorama mozzafiato che si offre ai nostri occhi, dominando dall'alto il mare e l'isola. Fantastica la posizione strategica rispetto alla Chora ed a tutte le meravigliose spiagge dell'isola. Indimenticabili i magnifici tramonti che si godono dal plateatico o seduti sul lettino a bordo piscina. Pulizia e cambio biancheria ogni due giorni. Top! Impagabile Eraldo per la sua sincera gentilezza e disponibilità' ad esaudire tutte le nostre richieste e le nostre necessita'. Devo dire che tra tanti posti in cui siamo stati, questo ha decisamente una marcia in piu'!!! Sinceramente lo consigliamo promuovendolo a pieni voti. Grazie ancora Eraldo, per tutto e di tutto. Sicuramente il prossimo anno torneremo!!!

Excellent stay

We had an amazing stay at this villa. The host was incredibly kind, greeting us upon arrival with some water, fruit, cheese, bread, explaining intricacies of the property. There were plenty of kitchen staples and coffee. The property itself is beautiful and brand new, with comfortable bedding, bath products, and a very nice pool. I would highly recommend this stay, it feels very luxurious. Only thing to note is that this property needs a car to access as there is a long dirt road on a hill to get there. Worth it tho for the property and views! Host was also very accommodating to our schedule and needs. Thank you!

Wonderful villa in Naxos

We were warmly welcomed by our host which was waiting for us, even if it was before the checkin hour. The owner was very attentive with us our all stay and made everything possible for us to feel at home. He even brought some famous Naxos cheese for tasting. The villa is brand new and fully equipped. The internet is extremely good and permits you work both inside and outside. The whole property is very private and cosy. From the pool you have a wonderful view of the sunset and from the terrace you can see the city. Due to the positioning in the mountains, it is not bike friendly and therefore you need a car, preferably SUV. We had a wonderful stay and we would return for sure.
