First Level: Consists of one bedroom with a queen bed, a bathroom, and balconies that offer panoramic sea views.
Lower Basement Level: This floor features two separate apartments with individual entrances:
First Apartment: Includes two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.
Second Apartment: Consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and the other with two small double loft-style beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower.
