amazing stay

great stay at Antonina hotel with family for 10 days in July. The hotel staff are very friendly and go out of their way to assist in anyway. We had some lost bags on the flight to Naxos and Paulo the hotel manager really helped us with dealing with the airport and the airline. The rooms are very nice and especially those with the more secluded balconies. The pool is very nice and cleaned regularly and the beach is right at the end of the road along with many resteraunts. Breakfast is at another resteraunt along the beach and is very good. I would definately recommend this place to anyone especially families.

Very nice location! Friendly personnel. Cosy rooms with private terrace - we loved it! Very comfortable beds. The bathroom is extremely small and basic but ok for a short vacation stay. Showers would need more water supply/pressure but this was ok for our week’s stay. Breakfast buffet in a nearby beach club directly on the beach - wonderful!! Nice and quiet beach in September with many restaurants and a few shops.

I did not like that the TV was not working. I had no TV the whole time I was there. I also asked that the property be on the ocean or view of ocean. They advertise that they do and they are one block away from the water.

Really nice stay at this hotel, very friendly host, close to everything, brilliant and cosy breakfast. We stayed in room 5, which had 2 terrace overlooking the pool which was great as we traveled as a family. The terrace is not clean daily- which I think it should be. same with the pool area. But rooms were cleaned every day, and it was done very nice and as expected. The shower had very little pressure so it was quite hard rinsing the shampoo and conditioner out. Overall a good stay and lovely for the good price.

Ældre hotel med god beliggenhed

En meget venlig og hjælpende ejer af hotellet som modtager gæster med stor varme og arrangement. Han giver sig god tid til at fortælle om øen og beliggenheden. Hotellet ligger godt i forhold til stranden og med mange forskellige spisemuligheder. Hotellet kan dog ikke løbe fra at det har set bedre tider og alt er mere end nedslidt. Særligt sengene er selv efter græsk standard i den dårligste ende. Derudover har billeder og toiletudstyr det svært ved at blive hængende på væggen - rengøringen prøver dagligt at få tingende til at blive hængende men uden held. Rengøring foregår med utroligt mange kemikalier og diverse dufte som ikke er så klimavenlig. Morgenmaden foregår på en nærliggende beachclub og er super lækker, og man kan sidde og nyde morgenmaden med udsigt over stranden.

I udgangspunktet var vi rigtig tilfredse med vores ophold og den gode service som værten leverede. Fint værelse og god pool. Men der var dog et par forbedringspotentialer: Der var sjældent varmt vand i lejligheden og køkkenet er meget sparsomt bl.a. helt uden vinglas. Den ene aften blev der afholdt en meget larmende privatfest med DJ og spisning. Gæsterne fyldte pool-området og alle fællesarealer og det havde været fedt at være blevet orienteret om dette på forhånd. Desuden havde vi flere gange, hvor vi måtte vente mere end 30 minutter på rengøring af vores værelse efter vi havde været til morgenmad. Til sidst er der en rigtig ærgerlig ting, som dog nok er generelt for det meste af Grækenland: Røg på hotel og terrasser. Det er uudholdeligt. Vi havde desværre nogle kæderygere på naboterreasserne, hvilket gjorde vores egen terrasse ubrugelig i lange periode ligesom man må holde sine døre og vinduer lukkede. Ellers skønt, imødekommende sted og meget hjælpsom vært.

Du surbooking

2 jours avant reception d un mail ,nous disant que notre chambre ne serait pas prête car cas covid donc desinfectation durant 2 jours mais que nous aurons une chambre dans un autre hôtel. A nôtre arrivée,,a l acceuil étonnement de la réceptionniste, qui nous accompagne plus loin dans un autre hôtel pas la même, pas de jardin pas de piscine et a la place d'une suite junior nous avons une chambre familial d une autre époque. Deux jours après nous voulons récupéré notre chambre pour le dernier jour ,la même réceptionniste nous dit qu elle n' est pas prête, les personnes ne sont pas partis, la femme de menage passant par la fait la gaffe de nous dire qu il ni a pas eu de covid. Nous demandons a parler au directeur ,nous lui demandons un remboursement de différence au vu des prestations ,il a refusé, il fait du surbooking et se moque des gens .alors je dis a fuir.je lance une procedure sur hotel .com.

L’hotel Est très bien situé à Agia Ana très proche d’une superbe plage. Chambre spacieuse équipée d’une cuisine, propre et bien équipée avec terrasses privatives. L’hôtel possède une piscine. La personne a l’accueil est très agréable et de bons conseils. Le petit déjeuner se prend à côté de l’hotel (Resto plage le Santana) sur la plage c’est top ! Tout proche d’un supermarché, de location de voitures, de restaurants et de plages privées.... bref on adoré !

Naxos is a hidden treasure

Fantastic location. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Amenities (pool) at the hotel are awesome. Convenient to everything on Naxos without all the noise. Wish we could have stayed longer -loved Naxos!

Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss. Zimmer Nr. 2. Unter der Tür war der Spalt so groß das die Käfer darunter durch gekrabbelt sind. Die Pantry Küche war unten herum total verrostet. Wir waren im Oktober die letzten Gäste im Hotel, am vorletzten Tag war am Nachmittag das Wasser abgestellt, nach dem wir uns beschwert haben, hat es 1,5 Std.gedauert bis das Wasser wieder gelaufen ist. Am nächsten Morgen war es wieder abgestellt, so das wir bis zur Abreise kein Wasser mehr hatten. Die Terrasse konnten wir nicht benutzen, weil die Auflagen auf den Sitzflächen total verdreckt waren. Was wirklich gut und reichhaltig war, ist das Frühstück in Santana, wo auch das Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend war.

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits à l’Antonina Hôtel . Plusieurs points agréables à ce petit hôtel intimiste. L’arrêt de bus est à 5o mètres et les tickets s'achètent dans l'épicerie ou l’arrêt se situe. L’appartement permet de faire des repas avec sa petite cuisine équipée légèrement mais on s’y débrouille . La terrasse ombragée de vigne nous a permis des repas agréables. La chambre était prête très tôt , ce qui fut très apprécié. La plage est à 50 mètres ce qui en facilite l'accès. Très bon emplacement pour visiter l’ile. Le rapport qualité / prix fut pour nous excellent. Un seul point négatif : les coussins autour de la piscine ont connu des jours de gloire qui sont maintenant chose du passé . Il faut les changer ....

The staff was super helpful in anything we needed, the property is 50 mts away from the beach, and because you not are next to the main road is really quiet and you don’t hear the traffic of ATVs going up and down, the room is simple but cosy, we had anything we needed, I totally recommend this place to anyone...

Ottima struttura tranquilla con una bella spiaggia a 200 metri supermercati comodi parcheggio privato. Ottima camera con due terrazzini cambio asciugamani giornaliero e cambio lenzuola ogni 2-3 giorni. Pulizia perfetta e personale gentile e discreto disponibile a dare informazioni sull'isola. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

Nice apartment really close to the beach, with a wonderful garden and a nice swimming pool. The studio was spacious, had a nice private terrace (the view wasn’t much, but there is a rooftop terrace available and has nice views), although the equipment was a bit basic (especially the kitchen, which had only very basic amenities - enough for a simple breakfast, but a dinner might be a challenge). The owner is friendly, and they offer good service (they even clean your dishes).

Excellent property

So glad to have stayed here and not else where. Beautiful property with a nice garden and pool. Love our spacious studio and a little terrace which is always in the shade. Excellent location for everything. Would stay here again if we are back to Naxos.

We had very nice holiday at Antonina Hotel for 12 days. Hotel is very clean and cozy with an excellent location at Agia Anna. If there would have been also opportunity to have breakfast in the hotel, rating would have been 5 stars!

Naxos - Agia Ana Area

We had a great experience, and were provided a high quality of service! The owner/manager of the hotel arranged for taxi pick-up at the airport, which was absolutely necessary, as the airport is the smallest I've ever seen. The grounds encompassed natural beauty, with a well manicured approach. The pool was cleaned every morning, and the staff even washed the dishes in the kitchenette each day. The balcony was great, included a drying rack for the beach towels they leant us. The only challenge was the quality of the wifi in the room. It was challenging other than early mornings, before others in the hotel got up for the day. The property is very close to the beach, and is quiet, as there is limited activity/property behind the hotel. There are many eating spots near by, and the local Naxos bus stops less than 2 blocks away, every half hour, including into the late evening hours. I'm looking forward to our next trip!
