A wonderful hotel for people who want to spend their time at the beach. The staff were very friendly, breakfast was excellent, and the area was great! We stayed in October so there weren't any crowds and the weather was still 24 degrees everyday.

Charm for days and the most lovely and helpful staff, more than make up for slightly dated rooms and amenities. Can’t say enough about the staff - they’re like a family and on their own make this a 10/10 place to stay. The amazing pool and gorgeous beach nearby also helps.

This property was wonderful. The gardens were blooming with flowers. Everything was green and lush. The pools were sparkling. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was a lot of fun and they all did an excellent job. We completely enjoyed our stay. The resort is right across the street from the beach and you have multiple pools to choose from if you don’t want to swim in the cold refreshing sea. Staff helped us book a boat and snorkel trip the day we arrived. We did not have to rent a car because every 30 minutes the bus comes by the resort and you can run into Nexus town for some shopping and sightseeing. We definitely would stay again if we had a chance to go back to Naxos.

Love this place, stayed here with my family is 4 rooms total, they were friendly, the place was clean, the pool/beach were amazing and it was great to get into town. Tip: don’t be afraid to use the bus, it’s an air conditioned tour bus, will save you a lot in taxis as the charge is ~25 euro each way.

The website is extremely misleading. Please pay CLOSE attention to the actual room photos that you are booking. The entire hotel looked nice and like it was updated….and then we opened our door. It was old, 70s style (fine it all doesn’t need to be modern - we were basically just sleeping there). But the sheets don’t even fit on the bed, mattress pad half the size of the bed. The faucets were all faulty, fridge sounded like an airplane coming in for a landing. It all needed a refresh and lots of repairs and updates. Not just from an aesthetic. I sent the hotel a note when we got there - with no response. There is no “do not disturb” sign and the staff was coming in multiple times a day - and disturbing us when we were there. Not a good feeling when the safe also didn’t work in the room. The breakfast was great, location in a good area - more quiet but not far from busier areas. My husband used the gym - said it was good. Pools and property are well maintained. I hope they get to update the lobby area and the rest of the rooms. It would help a lot.

Very good breakfast, fantastic pool, and great beachside loungers and service! You will read 30 euros for 2 loungers and umbrella, but that’s a minimum spend on food and drinks for the set of chairs, not a fee to use them. That was a very welcome surprise! The waiters will come right to your chaise and the price is the same as at the hotel. Great experience! We didn’t use the hot tub. It didn’t seem super clean and it wasn’t very hot. Although, with the heat outside, most would probably prefer it not be super hot.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Aegean Palace. Wow! Clean and comfortable accommodations of 2 bedroom suit with private pool were excellent for our family. It is about a minute walk to the beach with umbrellas, beach chairs/beds and towels provided by the hotel. There is onsite restaurant that serves breakfast buffet and sit to order lunch and dinner, the food was absolutely delicious. The burrata salad and Naxian Angus beef burger with truffle aioli deserves special attention, it was an absolutely brilliant master piece. As an American, I can recommend to try it. The hotel also provides free shuttle to ferry and airport. The bus stopped next to the beach steps away from the hotel that made it easy to get to port, downtown and tour locations. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Naxos One thing to mention is there were some undeveloped areas underway in the walkway to the beach, hopefully will be complete soon!
