There's nothing so beautiful as the sound of the surf, the view of the turquoise blue green water and pristine white sand beaches. Spend the day just watching the water change colors, watching the surf, the seagulls, the herons and the pelicans splash in the water. Most spring and summer days you'll also see dolphins swimming by. In April, there's the Cobia tournament so you see a lot of boats out in the gulf. In late August you may see sea turtles hatching. And in the fall, look for the Manna Rays jumping across the water.

This beautiful townhome features a huge great room with relaxing beach decor and a 20'x15' deck/balcony overlooking the Gulf and white sandy beach. The great room features recessed lights, 18' tile floors, Granite counter tops, new couch and chairs, Fully equipped Kitchen with plenty of dishes, blender, toaster, coffee pot, built in microwave. The guest's bedrooms located on the 2nd and 3rd floors, features 2 Queen size beds and bathroom. Also located on the 3rd floor is the Gulf Front Master Bedroom featuring a King size bed, private master bath with tiled shower, and private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The ground floor offers a king size bed, private bathroom and seating/dining area in an open concept layout. Great for kids or if you are traveling with more than one family. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, portable 2 burner cook top, indoor grill, and toaster. There is a tv provided and a separate washer and dryer as well.

Whether you enjoy sitting on the beach or being inside, out of the sun, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Gulf from this spacious Gulf Front Townhome!

*Well-behaved non-shedding small dogs welcome (max 2) with owner approval and $200/pet fee each

Labor Day Week

We had 8 adults, 2 toddlers and an infant. The house was perfect! Every couple had their own room and bathroom. The extra washer and dryer set came in very handy. Location to shopping and restaurants was ideal. Beachfront access was a must and did not disappoint. We would stay here again!

Family vacation

Beach was wonderful. Was nit impressed with the responsiveness of the Rental company. We drove 14 hours just to find maintenance men in the house at 6 pm stating they had a "list" of things to repair. Note that check in is 4 pm. I contacted the Rental company to discuss the situation, had to leave a message. Absolutely no response on Saturday, Sunday, or any time during the week. That is unacceptable. We paid a lot of money for a house on the beach and I expected better response. The house was comfortable and spacious.

Beautiful beach, multilevel townhome

Navarre beaches are the best I have ever seen. This particular beach town home is about 2 miles from the pier. The beaches are not walkable so you have to drive for everything. This property is a 4 townhome building, this unit is in the middle. The building appears to be 3 renters and one long term renter whom was next to us with 4 dogs. Noisy at times and not private. The unit it’s self was adequate with space, lots of outdoor seating, nice beads and baths. The kitchen appliances and grill could use updating. And the air conditioning is hard to regulate where the multiple levels are all comfortable at once.

Family Vacation 2023

The home was beautiful, clean and exactly like we envisioned given the online photos. The home was also well equipped with kitchen essentials, which was exactly what we were looking for with the group we had. The space was great and the rooms were at a size that those in a shared room weren't just bumping in to each other. Loved that there was a bathroom on every floor. The view was absolutely breathtaking.

Great time!

My family had a wonderful time at this spacious property. Right on the beach with lots of room to spread out. A little more expensive than I have paid in the past, but was pleased overall. The downstairs apartment was very handy for my daughter's family. The shower handle there is tricky. Turn on slightly for hot water, more for cold! We had a great time!

Perfect house for our family

Perfect accommodations for our group of 7. Everyone had their own bed. There were enough bathrooms so that wait times were minimal. We could all get ready in about 40 minutes; even with 6 females! The downstairs mini apartment was perfect for the older one in our group. Bedrooms on every level gave a sense of privacy. Access to the beach was perfect; just steps to the sand path.

3rd year in the unit

Wonderful place for family and friends to stay and spend time on the beach. Navarre has not been over commercialized, yet. Good food abounds in various forms, both locally and within 35 minutes of this unit. I believe the present owner/manager is retiring, however. I hope the new managers are as good:)

Nice home with comfortable beds

Everything about the house met expectations; we were very satisfied with the accommodations. A suggestion for improvement would be to build a wood bridge walkover to the beach. The sandy trail was tiresome, but not a deal breaker. Hurricane Nicholas followed us there and dumped a lot of rain, but that's the chance you take when booking in Septemeber.

Family trip to Navarre

We had a great trip even with the weather of Hurricane Ida. Location is great for the beach. The only thing regarding the townhouse, the living room furniture is a bit dirty and needs to be cleaned or replaced. Other than that everything was great and when we had any issues it was dealt with quickly and promptly.

Best beach around

We always stay on Navarre beach, it’s our favorite area, beautiful without the crowds! The house was clean, well furnished and the master bed was very comfy. My only suggestion for the house would be to update the kitchen. The cabinet doors do not open or close very well at all.

Amazing Townhouse!

When we arrived at Island Time, the unit was very clean. This unit is very spacious and the 6 of us had plenty of room to relax and have fun. Terri is easy to get ahold of and responds quickly if you need her. We have rented this place for the past 3 years and we plan on renting again in the future.

Cannot beat the location!

This condo is located down the beach a bit, away from the large hotels. This made the beach much less crowded and enjoyable. You are just steps away from the water with wonderful views from the deck. We enjoyed our stay!

About the Stay

I think it would be nice to know from the beginning that this property isn’t like most properties. Most properties provide you with plenty of supplies because you are paying thousands of dollars for this. After you rent the property Terri sends you an email of her conditions. What she expects during check in and check out which is fine and understand why she gives out that list. However as much money as you spend on this place you expect more. One roll of toilet paper, one roll of Paper towels, and one garbage bag is all you get. If you need extra blankets or towels bring your own. You don’t want to have to run to the grocery store to buy literally every house hold need. That is why you are on vacation. That needs to be in the description from the beginning. I have paid less for more. Otherwise Terri was easy to contact and the view is fantastic.

Ladies Spring Beaching

The location is great, right on the beach. The property was very nicely decorated with a mermaid, beach theme. Terri, the property manager, was a pleasure to work with and very helpful. Navarre Beach is absolutely beautiful and the restaurants in the area are good. Would definately stay here again.
