Paradise found

Our stay was incredible from the moment we arrived until departure. We’ve come to Navarre since 2019 & this was the first time staying at The Pearl of Navarre. We will definitely be back. This condo was spacious & the view! The balcony was the highlight! The property was clean, as well as the grounds. The beach attendant was phenomenal, the pool/hot tub was great. Do yourself a favor & book, now! The only time I had to reach out to the property manager was about the curtains being messed up, but still functional. We had 0 complaints & are looking forward to coming back in ‘26!

Shh…Pearl is a hidden gem

Don’t spread the word. If you want relaxation at the beach and the fewest people per sqft of beach. Navarre is where it’s at. This particular condo is so amazing the firs thing the wife and I did was look to see if we could afford to buy one. Nope! Oh well, we just hope to book this one again next year!

Summer vacation

We loved our stay and will definitely rent next summer if you replace the master bedroom king mattress. It was completely sunken in and not comfortable. Thanks so much for all the wonderful memories.

not quite the pearl

we have stayed at the pearl many times in different units but this one was not as good as the rest. the patio furniture was all busted up and parts of it even in a pile. took 3 days to get replaced due to it being eater weekend should have been found on inspection prior to our arrival unit did not include beach chair rentals like most do property needs better oversight as nobody had told them. lacking some things in the kitchen compared to other furnished units overall it was nice but could defintly be improved

Beautiful Beach

This is a beautiful condo, but I do believe it could have been cleaner. There were several things broke in this condo. What items they provided was very unorganized. Disappointed that the pool was closed for 2 days and we had to use public access to get to the beach. The walking was not easy on 2 of us. This was very inconvenient.

Great location and very large condo.

First time in Navarre Beach, it was a very clean and relaxing place. Not all the tourists like most other beaches. Condo was a clean and comfortable. With more than enough room for 5 people.

Floors were a little dirty. Sink handle in master bath was broken, toilet handle in room with bunk beds was broken. But overall everything was perfect. Enjoyed our stay

Family vacay

We loved being right on Navarre Beach. It’s crystal clear waters and abundant sea life is always welcoming. The condo fit all of our needs and we would stay again!

Nice condo, crowded beach

Over all the condo was quite nice. If I were to be picky, mattress pads would help in the bed comfort. I have a oceanfront condo at another beach and find for the cost, a pad between the sheet and mattress protector makes a big difference in comfort. My wife said a few more child friendly cups would be nice as well.The biggest issue is with beach crowd. The resort takes up 3/4 of the beach with there chairs. I was told I had to set up to the left of their chairs, an area of about 50 feet wide by 100 feet deep. Most people has canopies, so it was quite cramped.The weather didn't co-operate very well, (red flags all week) but the kids made the best of it playing in the shallow surf. We also saw the Blue Angles practice. My son in law really enjoyed that. On the way back we stoped at the Oar House in Pensacola for a meal. We all enjoyed that. I have been coming to the area on and off since I was a young boy in 1964, (The bridge between Ft Walton and Destin was wooden). I love the white sand and blue green water, but boy has it become crowded. The condo was quite nice though.

Pretty Scenery and Happy to be on the Beach

We had a good time (daughter got married), but there were challenges about getting TVs to work (instructions would have been nice) and in the master suite there were hardly any towels to use. Elevators were slow - I know that is to be expected, but it was frustrating. We had four condos for our family and trying to get to the wedding location became stressful. I say this just in case anyone else is in that situation. There was plenty of parking available, but maybe a few more carts would be nice. We are in our late 60’s and bringing all of our stuff up was tough - same thing with groceries. The pools and beach were very nice and I hated to leave. One other caution was that the bridge over the causeway gets extremely busy during meal times so be prepared to wait a while. None of these comments are pointed towards the owner - just want to let people know that have not been to Navarre Beach.

Spectacular views!

The condo was pretty, clean and roomy with amazing views. The things I didn’t like about it were: the silk plants were filthy and one of them is in your face every time you open the drapes in the living room, the furniture was arranged with a love seat and table blocking the beautiful view out the huge windows, the blinds in the little kitchen sitting area are broken and can’t be lowered, the balcony chairs are tall chairs not suitable for small children and not very comfortable; also only 4 chairs for 7 people, no chairs on second master balcony, second master bed wasn’t comfortable. The kitchen is pretty and well stocked except for pot holders and cutting board. The kids bedroom and bunk beds were great. Master bedroom roomy and pretty with a wonderful view and huge bathroom. The view and balcony are amazing and the chair service is nice. There were no pool armbands but that wasn’t a problem.
