This beautiful 3/BR 3 bath Ocean Front Penthouse Condo offers the very best panoramic and unobstructed views of the emerald colored Gulf of Mexico and the snow white sand beaches of Navarre Beach on Santa Rosa Island. This penthouse condo features a custom luxury interior with a mix of Caribic/Key West design for your ultimate comfort and style surpassing the coveted 5 star platinum designation.

The amenities inside this beach front penthouse include 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath. King bed in the Master, two queen beds in guest room #1 and 1 queen bed in guest room #2. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. There is access to a bathroom from the hall to avoid having to enter someones private bedroom. We chose the highest quality mattresses for a restful night sleep. You may want to relax a bit in the living area and enjoy the flat screen Sony Bravia TV. All of the bedrooms are furni The 'beach bum' bedroom will delight the child or the inner child! Oh, and let's not forget the 'in house' chef. The premier gourmet kitchen is fully equipped for the most discriminating cook that enjoys 'eating in', including an AIR FRYER, not to mention the very best views of the ocean and the beach, or the 'casual cook' preparing horsdeuvres, a meal, or enjoying a refreshment at the bar! You might want to wind down with dinner or drinks sitting on the balcony enjoying friendships and family while taking in the picturesque setting. After a day at the beach, dinner and refreshments, how about sinking in your jetted tub in this romantic master bath while looking out the windows and viewing nothing but a beautiful blue ocean paradise while enjoying your privacy.

Beach Colony Resort is the newest resort on the beach. For your convenience there are two covered parking spaces. You will enjoy the privacy and security at Beach Colony West. You have full access to a state of the art small exercise room and barbeque grills. You will never feel crowded while you relax and swim in the largest beach side swimming pool on Santa Rosa Island.

Beach Colony Resort on Navarre Beach is situated between two parks, the National Seashore to the West where you will see abundant wildlife including, heron, pelicans, dolphin, sea turtles, sting ray, and various shore birds. Comfortable condo! Beautiful view! The owner was very responsive and easy to work with! Beds were comfortable. Nice patio area. Easy access to the beach and big pool. Made sure to visit Where Y’at! Local restaurant with great food! Best we had!

Beach get away!

My family and I had a wonderful time relaxing on Navarre Beach, playing in the ocean, watching dolphins and turtles swim around the pier, visiting with family who were also in the same condo complex, enjoying the many restaurants, exploring Pensacola for parasailing and Fort Walton Beach for some putt putt golf. Our visit was Perfect!!

Perfect in every way!

I can not even say enough good things about this condo! I loved every minute of this stay. It's the perfect penthouse with the absolute best view. Everything was exactly as listed. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable that i actually took a picture of the tags because i want one just like it. My family loved the place, too. It was the perfect size for us four and a half. We will definitely be back. Also, super nice and helpful host as well.

Annual Weekly Family Beach Vaca

The stay was enjoyable and relaxing! We wanted to try out Navarre Beach as opposed to our normal spot (Orange Beach/ Gulf Shores) we had a great time! The beach was way less crowded (more homeowners) which was really nice. The condo is on the top floor and it is definitely a beautiful view! I would have given 5 stars but the cleanliness of the condo wasn't the best (very dirty walls) and we had to get basic items for our stay (trash bags, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, paper towels).

When it says beautiful, that is exactly what it means. Navarre is so relaxing no crowds. We would not stay anywhere but In this condo. Best view on the water. Great price! Clean! Dedicated parking. Thank you Mrs. Sue!

Amazing Summer Family Vaca!

Sue was very easy to work with, very fast response with questions we had. Condo was SO Gorgeous! Pictures don't even do it justice. We stayed at condo with my 4 kids and my in-laws and we had plenty of room. Kitchen fully furnished. Full size laundry room. Balcony - HUGE. And views can not be beat! Elevators were quick. Enjoyed the gym / fitness room - impressive selection of weights, and cardio equipment and weight machine available. Pool was great. Very large. Clean. And plenty of room. Beach was gorgeous - if you want front row beach chairs, get out early (like 6:30a to claim!). Water was nearly crystal clear everyday. I have never seen dolphins in the water like we did basically EVERY day, all day swimming from the pier and back up the coast. Not one complaint - other than we wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks Sue for everything!

Pictures of porch furniture are not accurate. The lounge chairs shown are not there, and in their place are old folding lounge chairs that are torn. The counter height chairs were broken or wobbly and not comfortable for long periods of time. The kitchen was not stocked with everything you would need. My husband drinks tea and there was no pitcher to make any in. Fry pans were horrible so we bought one to use while there. This was our 2nd stay in a condo in this building. This condo had better furniture in the living room then the last. The master bed was hard as a rock and for 2 couples to stay it would of been nice if one of the other bedrooms would of had a king. We will not choose to stay on the top floor again as it was nicer on the lower floors to have a full overhang on the patio.

Disappointing

Nice decorations, comfortable beds, very well stocked kitchen, but the while place was very outdated. Not enough chairs in the living area for everyone to have a comfortable seat. Not much storage space in the bedroom with the 2 beds and the closet was hard to get to- very close to 1 of the beds. 2 lounge chairs and 1 bar chair on the balcony were broken. 1/2 of the balcony was uncovered so when it rained, (which it did a lot), it was hard to stay dry. The view from the balcony was spectacular! Never did find a private elevator to our floor, but the elevators were pretty fast- never had to wait too long. Carts to transport your things were readily available. The private parking space in the garage was nice- right across from the condo entrance, but the spaces were small and was a very tight squeeze with our large vehicle. Location was nice- able to easily walk to the pier and several nearby restaurants. The property entrance gate wasn't working the 1st several days there, so anyone could have driven onto the property. Did see security personnel patrolling the property while we were there and checking wristbands at the pool entrances.

Perfect Penthouse on Beach!!

This 3bd 3 ba penthouse was a dream! We just could not get over the views! Starting the day seeing dolphins, stingrays, sunrises, looking out at the ocean from the 19th floor- to die for! The balcony was incredible, the panoramic view, great kitchen, comfy beds.. and on and on!!! Being just steps to the beach or pool was incredible! So convenient! (and the Free Beach Chairs and Umbrella Daily were a Great Bonus!) We had dinners just steps away from the condo a couple nights and that was awesome too! Also, Sue, the owner was Very responsive to any/all communication! So sweet! Sooo much Fun! Definitely memories for a Lifetime! Especially for our kids!

Family Beach Vacation

Phenomenal views (which was what husband wanted), beautiful decor, nice comfortable furniture and beds except queen bedroom& bed a little small for 2 adult children. Two bedrooms on each side of front entrance had windows that faced where floors below are open, at times we heard people getting off elevators and young people being loud. Sue was easy to contact and responded promptly, also very much appreciated having hand held shower head newly installed in hallway shower (great for people with mobility issues). A few grab bars would be a bonus. Paint needs refreshing on most walls. We enjoyed the beach and pool very much. Description of condo needs updating (no private coded elevator up to Penthouse, although we did not have any issues with the 3 elevators for guest use). Also do not believe this is the newest resort on the beach. Pool area very clean. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony and zero gravity chairs!
