Step inside and you’ll find a light-filled, open-concept living area with hardwood floors, soaring 10-foot ceilings, and panoramic Gulf views. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors open out onto a large, covered porch where you can sip your morning coffee, watch dolphins swim by, or catch a sunset after dinner.

The kitchen flows right into the main living space and includes stainless steel appliances, tons of cabinet space, a pantry, and five barstools at the counter. It’s a great place for breakfast or keeping the cook company. A wet bar is perfect for beachy cocktails, and the oversized dining table easily hosts large family dinners or game night with the Fam. There's even an electric fireplace for cozy winter stays.

This home sleeps 12 guests across four bedrooms:
• The master suite (second level) features a King bed, private ensuite bath with a custom tiled shower, floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning Gulf views, and direct access to the upper deck.
• The second bedroom (second level) has a Queen bed.
• The third bedroom (first level) has a Full bed.
• The fourth bedroom (second level) is made for kids and sleepovers with two Triple Twin Bunk Beds (sleeps six).
There are three full bathrooms, including a shower/tub combo that's perfect for bathing little ones after a day in the sand.

Out back, a private set of wooden stairs leads you straight down to the beach. No crowds, no streets to cross, just soft sand and the sound of the waves. This setup makes it an ideal spot for intimate beachfront weddings and special family moments. The photo ops here are endless! The owner of this home also has another property at 7793 Gulf Blvd. “Pelican Jack's.” If you have a large family and need another home nearby, Pelican Jack's is a perfect addition to your stay.

We know pets are family too, so bring them along! This home is pet friendly (with pet fee, 2-pet maximum).
