Beautiful beach front condo!!!

Welcome to Cloud 9 at Beach Colony West, your 1500 Sq Ft condo with HUGE (22' x 8') balcony directly overlooking the beach & Gulf of Mexico. Unit sleeps 6! Master BR w/ King bed, 2nd BR w/ 2 Queens. Queen Sleeper sofa in Living Room. LCD tv’s in living room and both bedrooms. Property includes largest swimming pool (50 meter, Olympic size) on Navarre Beach and also has a direct view of the longest pier in the Gulf! Beach service with beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs is also included (March through October stays)! Plenty of excellent restaurants just a short drive/walk away. Play some beach volleyball down the street at Juana's. Play tennis or pickle ball. Fishing (gear rentals available) within walking distance. Enjoy bike riding (rentals available) on path to State Park or the National Seashore. Boat, wave runner, Kayaks, & snorkeling equipment rentals available just down the street. Other local attractions include:
- Just across the Navarre Beach bridge, enjoy Thursdays in the Park free Summer Concert Series, showcasing a variety of local musicians on stage with the Navarre Sound and sunset as the backdrop!
- Attractions galore in Pensacola (~30 miles away), including: Blue Angels air shows at Naval Air Station, Naval Air Station Museum (one of the top 10 tourist attractions in the state!); famous Portofino Boardwalk, where visitors can enjoy shopping, dining, live entertainment, simply strolling down the boardwalk, and much more; Pensacola Blue Wahoos Minor League baseball at Pensacola Bayfront Stadium, which boasts one of the best views in all of sports; incredible restaurants including Joe Patti’s World Famous Seafood Market; and much, much more!
- Naval Live Oaks Area, where there is a Visitor Center, covered picnic pavilion, and 9 nature trails of various lengths (over 7.5 miles of trails) in Gulf Breeze (10 miles away). There is also a local movie theatre and Gulf Breeze Zoo here.
- Gulfarium with native species and animal shows in Fort Walton Beach (15 miles away)
- Blackwater River State Park in Holt, FL (~35 miles away) is a favorite destination for canoeists and kayakers. River is one of the purest sand-bottom rivers in the nation! Enjoy swimming, fishing, camping, and paddling. Stroll along trails through more than 600 acres of undisturbed natural communities. One of the largest and oldest Atlantic white cedars stands among the many trees along the river. This tree has been recognized as a Florida Champion tree.

Wonderful Stay

Cloud 9 was a wonderful stay and wonderful view of the Gulf and the bay. The owners we're wonderful hosts and easy to get a hold of if you have any questions. We ate at some good local seafood restaurants, the ones we liked the most:In Pensacola: Flounders, fun atmosphere with outside seating, vollyball, cornhole and a kids playground.Fort Walton: Boshamps and Old Bay Steamers

Wonderful all around!

The space was perfect for my family (3 adults, 2 kids). The balcony is so lovely and the seating is comfortable. The place came so well stocked! I was pleasantly surprised by the games, beach toys/needs, and fully stocked kitchen. The host was very communicative when needed. I would definitely stay again!

A little Bit oh Heaven

The condo was perfect in every way! From the cleansiness to the location, and the comfort of the Condo make our trip special! Navarre Beach Stay

Nicole and Matt’s condo was exactly as listed. They have everything you need plus more if you choose to eat in or go out. Great view from the patio to watch the waves roll in. Host stayed in touch during our stay just in case we needed anything. We had a great stay.

Balcony with a view

While the door code didnt work at first, the owner was very responsive in correcting the issue, and texted me a new code within minutes. The condo is beautiful, spacious, well stocked, and has a wonderful balcony with spectacular views. This was our first visit to Navarre and it was less crowded than other beaches we have visited. Highly recommend.

Clean and beautiful condo. The view was amazing. Had my morning coffee and watched the dolphins play. Very nice pool and only 5 min to beach. Check in was easy and communication awesome. Highly recommended!! Navarre is a beautiful area.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the beach. Navarre was beautiful and our condo was everything we expected, plus more. It was very spacious for our family of 5. The rooms were large enough for our 3 girls to share comfortably. Nicole was very responsive and checked in throughout the week to make sure our stay was good. It was a great vacation!!

Girls getaway

Totally enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and comfortable. The view from the condo was perfect. One morning, there were several dolphins putting on show. The host was very kind and even let us know that we could check in a little early. I recommend this place! Have fun and enjoy, Navarre is the best!

Grand view

The ocean view from the balcony is beautiful. In all my stays in Navarre, this was by far the best ocean view and most relaxing time on the balcony. Had such a relaxing time on the beach and sitting on the balcony. Navarre is my favorite place, it’s small and not bumper to bumper sitting in traffic. Thanks!!!

Perfect…Perfect…Perfect

Great Location, Beautiful View, Crystal Clear Water with Perfect White Sand Beaches…This was the perfect size for the 4 of us (Mom, Dad, and 15 year old twins)…Walkable dining/nightlife (Andy D’s has phenomenal food and live music, and is a 4 minute walk). Highly recommend this spot and the owners were great to work with. Hope to be back soon!!!

Perfect Beach Condo

Beach Colony is by far the nicest complex in Navarre. The upkeep, cleanliness, and maintenance is second to none. Unit had everything you could possibly need and then some. Very clean. Communication was fantastic with periodic checks to ensure everything was good. Would definitely book this unit again.

Perfect View!

My family and I loved this property!The condo was very clean, updated, and the balcony was amazing. It's HUGE! It's perfect for drinking morning coffee and reading a book as well as for having a nightcap while listening to the waves crash. The beach has stunning white sand with crystal clear water which we all enjoyed. We were able to put on masks and find several hermit crabs in shells, sand dollars, and saw several other fish on the ocean floor as well. We did have two days with quite a few jellyfish in the water, but this is obviously no fault of the owner.We had a great week and we loved our first time to the Navarre Beach area.
