Was exactly what we needed for a short get-a-way. Local neighborhood was perfect and quiet. The restaurants and entertainment in easy walking distance was perfect along with the pier.

It was a beautiful condo and we absolutely loved the location. My only suggestion is the kitchen could be stocked better as far necessary cooking items such as a pizza cutter and the dishes I used were not the cleanest.

Great place

We love this area because of the location near the pier, the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful view. This particular condo needed a few essentials which we got at the nearest Walmart but other than that, we liked it. I would recommend this time of year especially because there weren’t a lot of teenagers and kids at the pool, if that’s what you like.

Enjoyed our visit !

This is a wonderful condo and a perfect location ! It is laid out perfectly. The beds are super comfortable and furniture is also ! Just a few things I would suggest correcting . Kitchen could have been better stocked - a couple of large and small Tupperware containers would be nice. The coastal air system that turns off after 90 seconds was turning off after quickly opening and closing the door . After flipping the AC breaker it was much better . Still not a fan of the coastal air system. Adults should be responsible enough to keep the doors closed :) The property manager was so friendly and helpful ! Would definitely stay here again

Another great trip to Navarre Beach

Our second time vacationing at the Beach Colony, but first time in this unit and it did not disappoint. Very clean and comfortable! We enjoyed our morning coffee, watching the Sun rise on the balcony.

Great place, with some additions

We loved our stay. The location was amazing. Condo was very nice. We were disappointed that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom for a 4 day stay for a family of four. We also felt laundry detergent should have been provided considering we did not have enough towels and washcloths, so we had to wash them. Usually condos have a small start up of coffee, extra soap bars, and some cooking supplies (salt, pepper, ect). This condo had none of those extras. For the price, those little things would definitely make it more appealing to most families.

Perfect getaway

This condo was perfect for our short beach getaway. The view was beautiful. It was an extra bonus to have the umbrella service. Making getting to the beach easier with the kids. We would definitely come back!

Great experience

We really enjoyed our stay. Rental was just as pictured. Our only issue was that the interior room did not have curtains and the room was very lit up by the exterior lights making it difficult to sleep at night without wearing an eye mask.

Great place for a break

The condo was great for our family of five. Clean and updated with a great ocean We had a bit of trouble paying since we come from Norway, but they managed to fix it. We will definetively come back.

We love BCW

This is the second time we've stayed in this unit and the third time in this complex. Unit is spacious and we love the area. The beach service is an added bonus. Get to know Travis who sets up the beach chairs and umbrellas every day and he'll take good care of you. Only suggestion would be to include a few more essentials like extra paper products and dish soap. We don't eat dinner every night at the condo but did cook several meals here. You have to ration what they do provide but this doesn't detract from our rating of this unit. We will be back again next year.

Lovely condo on Navarre Beach

Beach Colony West 8B is a wonderfully decorated condo with an awesome balcony view of the beach. Spacious master bedroom and bath. Easy access to the beach and pool. Linda was a pleasure to deal with during the rental process. I would definitely rent this condo again. We love Navarre Beach!

The room was beautiful and clean! Looked even prettier in person than in the pictures.

We really enjoyed our stay, as usual! Navarre is always beautiful and relaxing and the room was lovely! Could have used a few plastic dishes, glasses, etc. The Beach Chair Rental was always very eager to take the chairs up b4 5:00 and if it looked like it was about to rain which was a bit annoying, since they aren't cheap. Would recommend this unit!
