「The proprietress of the hotel was truly phenomenal. She was so helpful and friendly. We were grateful for her assistance in so many ways. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the medieval city of Peñíscola. It is cute and clean. And they have a wonderful restaurant. We had breakfast there all 4 mornings that we stayed. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. If you are considering a visit to Peñíscola, stay at the Hostal Dios Esta Bien!!」

「Great location, outstanding staff, very family friendly with lots going on for the kids and the grandparents. Many multi-generational families were staying at the hotel and many seemed to be regulars returning year after year. There were some maintenance issues, such as only a trickle of water from the kitchen faucet, but none were showstoppers. It’s a beach resort so you do expect sand on the room and balcony floors.
