"Room was spacious and clean and AC worked fine no issues at all. Breakfast was in a clean area and hot."

"The property sits in the middle of the homeless encampments in Sacramento, which unfortunately provides a less than suitable environment for families and many travelers. I personally was given a room with a window directly overlooking the McDonald's Drive-Thru. Between cars honking at other cars in line, one car literally ramming the car ahead of it (major damage), motorcyles revving all night long, etc., I slept about 2-3 hours and left the property before 6 AM. While the staff was amazingly helpful and positive given the situation, I was advised to move my car to an area more brightly lit than others so that the desk clerk could monitor it on the video screen at the desk. I carried all my belongings inside, fearful to leave them in the car. Bottom line, this seems like a really nice hotel with a great staff that someone ended up in a part of Sacramento that you will probably want to avoid."

"This was a great place to stay and the staff was very attentive and kind. The breakfast menu was pretty expensive, but in CA it’s pretty much par for the course. I would definitely stay here again. "

"Shrugged and said they only had one room for us when we arrived to check in for these rooms we booked a month ago. Blamed Expedia. Eventually they found a dirty room and put the sheets on the bed while I waited so at least we weren't left out in the cold but didn't care or offer to do anything about the fact that they couldn't provide the same room class that we booked."

"I faced way TOO MANY issues here. First off, the keys had to be hand programmed at the door itself due to the machine being down. I unloaded all my luggage to the realize the room lights weren’t working, the microwave was broken/burnt. Sink was clogged. I asked for a room change, the manager didn’t believe me and wanted to see for himself. Then he moved me to the second room. Which wasn’t as bad. There was still some lights that didn’t work. I went out for dinner to comeback and my key card not work. Causing me to be locked out until security got ahold of office staff to help. The next few nights had persistent errors with the key cards. Overall , a bad experience that I won’t go through again."
