"Breakfast was very good and extraordinary. They have everything in the buffet. Transportation always available and secured. Security was in a very high attention you know we're in Bogota. A lot of restaurants behind the hotel. Just take the elevator and you are in. Highly Recommended. "

"I stayed here because it was close to the festival ground. It was easy to access downtown and tourist areas via taxi 10 - 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and always available 24/7. There was a laundromat 5-10 minute walk from hotel. Small food shops and stall around the neighbourhood."

"The room was beautiful with a good distribution. The check in was fast, but the gave us the wrong room and we have to switch. A room for four only have two bath towels, we have to ask for extras and also one pillow per person, and we are use to have two per person. The bed was not comfy as we expected from a five star hotel. The breakfast was good but the sitting us in a table that was not clean and ready. We have dinner at Ushin and the service and the food was really good but too slow, I think they don’t have enough servers."

"The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was close to public transportation and restaurants. The room was clean. However the "sound-proof" claim should be removed as the uncarpeted floor transmitted noise at a high volume which is annoying when late arrivals are draggimg their suitcases around at 2 am. Slamming doors and loud conversations are a normal part of travel, however the acoustics of an older hotel makes it unbearable when you're trying to sleep. Also the beds were too hard for my partner so he was unable to sleep for 2 nights. On the 3rd day we found a new hotel even though we were booked for a 7 night stay. I don't blame the hotel; it just wasn't a good fit for us. "

Unfortunately the hotel rooms are not in a very good shape, the sheets of our bed where stain, the pillows were super flat and I didn’t feel that comfortable with the cleaning. The location was good if you are going to the American Embassy because you can walk but besides that is not very close to all the main tourist things."
