Walking Distance to Downtown Natchitoches / Christmas Lights

  • This is a newly renovated 3bedroom 2 bath home. Great location for people visiting NSU, Downtown Festivals or anyone wanting to spend a few days in Natchitoches. Walking distance to Downtown and less than a 5 minute drive to Wal Mart and most of the major restaurants in town. Exterior security lighting and cameras for your peace of mind. Parking is off of East 5th Street in the grass area near the side door. Our August Lock is located on the side door. This is allows easy access to the property for loading and unloading. There are steps inside the house. There are 2 steps in the master bedroom and a couple steps going from the main entrance into the kitchen area.

Perfect Spot for a Chill Girls Weekend

The location and accommodations were perfect for a girls weekend. We walked to downtown for dinner, for shopping, for the farmers market. We could have spent a week more to explore more of Natchitoches, but the vacation had to end. Would 100% recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.

Magical visit in a magical little town!

We had such a wonderful time visiting for the Christmas festival. It was a perfect way to kick off the holiday season. The house was super clean, comfortable, and you cannot beat the location. It was so nice to be able to walk everywhere and not worry about trying to find parking. The beds were also very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

This property is very nice! It’s well maintained and very clean. It’s only minutes from historic Natchitoches and very convenient to NSU. We were in town for the cross country state meet and this was definitely better than the available hotels. The owner is very responsive and engaging. I highly recommend this property.

Natchitoches Girl's Trip

We enjoyed this house for our girl's trip. We had plenty of room for 4 women to sleep in the comfy beds. We hung out in the living room in the evenings after shopping and touring during the days. Location is very close to historic downtown Natchitoches. Highly recommend staying here
