I never stayed there , although I paid in full to Expedia when I arrived they told me there was no room and they don’t deal with Expedia. I am still awaiting a response from Expedia as well as my refund.. extremely inconvenient and it cost me more money.

Stayed here for 1-night after doing the O-Circuit. Staff were extremely polite and acccomodating, happily going above and beyond. Two examples: they stored our non-backpacking gear for 8 days before our 1-night stay; when my partner asked where they got a certain treat on display at the buffet, they just gave her the whole cake. Rooms were big and comfortable, really a great business.

Great place to stay in Puerto Natales

The hotel (including our room) was very clean. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, served in a comfortable room with windows with a great view. The staff was very hospitable.

The hotel is located in a central location in Puerto Natales. The room was very clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. On top of it, the breakfast is delicious! I highly recommend anyone who’s going or coming from their Patagonia treks time make this their home base.

Sauber, aber nicht so gemütlich

Die Zimmer sind sauber, aber das Bad war EXTREM klein, so als hätte es in Patagonien nicht genug Platz! Der Frühstücksraum ist auch Aufwnthaltsraum und gleichzeitig Büroarbeitsplatz für Reisebüroangestellte - nicht so gemütlich!!!

Very friendly staff

We stayed for one night before heading to Torres Del Paine. There might be only one more guest in addition to us as it’s the low season. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Despite very few guests, they prepared nice breakfast for us.

The staff is what truly make this property a gem. They were courteous from the start. Always providing suggestions and making the whole stay personable. Told us where to eat and how to navigate through Torres Del Paine since we had a car. We were able to consider more optioned than we New we had. This is right in the middle of town, great value for the price. Will note.... some rooms share bathrooms but It really wasn’t a concern as they don’t have a lot of rooms. So only two rooms appear to share the same bathroom. Everything is really nice. Great value and good location for everything you need for food, gas. Stores etc...

Cute modern small space. It used to be a hostel and they upgraded into a small hotel. Free breakfast, staff is really nice, bed comfortable. I recommend this property for sure! would love to go back!

Nice hotel

Centrally located with 24/7 reception, Nice/comfortable hotel. Beware when booking: some rooms have a shared bathroom. Lots of noise in the room. Good wifi and free parking. Puerto Natales is around 1 hour drive from Argentina border and 2 hour drive from center of Torres del Paine national park.

The hotel accommodated my late check in from a late bus, held my bag as I hiked in Torres del Paine and upgraded my room when I returned. All together outstanding. The finished look like they were updated in the last year.

各項目の評価は普通かあるいは普通以下であるものの、全体として評価が高いのは、フロントの紳士の対応が非常に良く、こちらのリクエスト、例えばエクスカーションについての相談に懇切丁寧に乗ってくれ、手配までしてくれると言う、ちょっとした旅行代理店の動きをしてくれたことを高く評価する。 実はシャワーなどが共有のため、2日目から別のホテルに移ったにもかかわらず、エクスカーションの手配だけは引き続きマメにやってくれたことも非常に好ましかった。

Friendly service and new hotel

Very friendly service and the hotel is still very new and in great condition. A great place to depart for the Torres del Paine NP. They were very accommodating and opened up breakfast early for me on a day I had to depart early for a tour.

We did like our stay at Casa de la Patagonia. The staff is super nice and helped helped book a last minute horse ridding experience that we loved as well as lend us a bike. We had a shared bathroom that was always really clean. The only minuses I’d point out are the that the room (twin beds) doesn’t have a window (which wasn’t clear on Hotels.com) and the breakfast that could could be improved.

Room was a very comfortable size, with sufficient space to tuck away your luggage. Modern amenities included plush bathrobe, rain shower, plenty of hot water and heat (a bit too toasty actually - we had to crack open the window.) Towels and linen seem brand new. Location was easy to access, with parking on site. Eduardo was the receptionist who checked us in and he was generous with suggestions and information. Breakfast was in a pleasant setting, with the typical buffet options. Very pleased with our stay here!

El personal del establecimiento fue muy atento con nosotros y nos facilitó mucho poder solucionar el problema que tuvimos antes de llegar al establecimiento. Nos facilitaron mucho las cosas y nos hicieron muy fáciles las cosas. Todo el personal es muy amable y el establecimiento está muy bien ubicado. Es muy nuevo y muy agradable. Para nosotros Puerto Natales era una parada en nuestro itinerario pero valía la pena estar un par de días en la ciudad. Muchas gracias al personal del establecimiento.
