Hotel cobra taxa após o uso, fica a dica

Razoável, só é bom pra descansar mas nas praias é bom no morro do careca e ponta negra que fica distante, outra coisa que deixou a desejar é que o hotel cobrou taxa de 3,00 a cada estádia, que na compra já estava cobrada as taxas que é desonesto.

Ótimo hotel

Ótimo hotel. Tudo muito bom, a vista, o conforto, a limpeza, os funcionários. Único ponto negativo do local foi a piscina, muito gelada, esperava que fosse aquecida como de outro hotel na região, na mesma faixa de preço, e tbm estava sempre suja, com insetos mortos na piscina. Mas nada que me impeça de voltar.

Boa estadia

Continua um hotel muito confortável, o apartamento sofreu reformas, mas colocaram muitos móveis dentro, uns sem nenhuma utilidade para um hotel. Também dividiram o espaço o que tornou o espaço apertado. Não gosto muito de espaços apertados e móveis com quinas próximas as passagens.

The only good thing was the view from my room! The bed sheets were dirty, actually brown marks, like if someone step on it, with "sand" or "dust". We had only one set of towels. Only two pillows. ONly one sheet to be used as cover (no blankets or anything like that). Walls were dirty with marks all over. The rooms was so poor maintained and so unclean that you have a filthy feeling just stay there! Although I had paid for seven nights we checked out, left after the third night and went to another hotel. We were so upset that we not even bother to ask for a refund and the hotel did not offered to do anything to us! ONe of the worst experiences we ever had with hotels!

El hotel está muy completo, la comida del chef es excelente y el servicio es muy bueno además de las habitaciones amplias y con una vista espectacular. La ubicación en Natal no es la ideal y debería contar con más ascensores ya que a veces no podías subir porque venía lleno.
