O hotel detém apenas de uma máquina para passar cartão. No uso corporativo, os cartões não passam em certos segmentos (CNAE). No caso do Ilusion, é uma máquina antiga e com o CNAE de material de construção.

Ótimo hotel

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a praia de ponta negra. Comércio variado nas redondezas. Ótimo café da manhã, equipe prestativa e cordial. Possui estacionamento interno, mas na frente existia um público na rua que era tranquila. Fica colado ao restaurante Ô Bar, que é ótimo e para quem tem criança é excelente devido as recreações da area kids. Ficamos 6 dias e por causa do nosso filho e pela qualidade do local fomos todos os dias no jantar.

Minha experiência foi bem negativa. Fui para um evento corporativo e para começar a máquina de cartão não é cadastrada como hotel. Com isso, meu cartao corporativo não passava. Não foram nada flexíveis em nada. Nao tinha toalha de rosto e nem coberta quando solicitamos. Fiquei bem decepcionada.

Razoável ! Faltam itens básicos como suporte para toalhas no banheiro, uma luz de cabeceira. Afora a questão da ducha higiênica que não funcionava e duas pequenas baratas no quarto; que teve como justificativa o processo de dedetização de todo hotel. Apresentaram também um café da manhã super desorganizado. Com certeza, não voltaria a me hospedar nesse hotel.

Um hotel peculiar

O Ilusion Hotel não é um hotel convencional, parece ser mais um prédio no qual algumas unidades são ocupadas como imóvel residencial e outros são quartos (ou flats) para hóspedes. O hall de entrada possui um mínimo de suporte para atendimento ao hóspede. Não há ar condicionado e as portas não possuem abertura automática. Os quartos são espaçosos, com ar condicionado e geladeira. Não há armários fechados nem cofre nos quartos. Pode aparecer um forte odor de cigarro no hall do elevador (moradores permanentes?). Nos banheiros faltam itens básicos, como por exemplo, suporte para papel higiênico, suporte para toalhas. Foram disponibilizados sabonetes e secador, faltando outros itens: xampu, condicionador, touca de plástico. A arrumação diária foi bastante satisfatória. O café da manhã é servido em local onde a disposição dos produtos não possui muita lógica e o atendimento –apesar da boa vontade- prima um pouco. A variedade dos alimentos é pouca. Como exemplo, a água potável é servida em botijão em suporte de escritório! O hotel oferece piscinas adequadas para adultos e crianças. As cadeiras e mesas devem ser levadas pelos hóspedes do salão de café. Não há guarda-sóis para proteger do sol escaldante de Natal! O ponto forte é a localização do hotel: fica a uma curta caminhada de Ponta Negra, perto do Morro do Careca. Por isso é abundante a oferta de alimentação nas redondezas. Em suma, esse hotel possui esses aspectos “inusitados” no atendimento!

Superou nossas expectativas

Hospedagem superou nossas expectativas. Hotel novo, com garagem no subsolo, uma localização super privilegiada, próximo à praia, barzinhos, food trucks, restaurantes, podendo fazer tudo a pé. Café da manhã bem servido e variado, havendo reposição dos alimentos a toda hora, piscina agradável, camas e travesseiros confortáveis, roupas de cama e banho novas, assim como mobiliário tbm novos e o chuveiro é fenomenal, uma verdadeira ducha com pressão para tomar um banho relaxante. Em resumo, adoramos o hotel, sendo uma grata surpresa.
