Hotel Riu Playa Blanca - All Inclusive

8/10 Good

"We were expecting more of a 4 stars hotel. The room smelled recently cleaned when we got in but the floor had shades of a not so proper cleaning. Also. They didn't come to clean the room next day, there was not question if we wanted or not. And the day we ask for it. They came so late that we needed to refuse because it was nap time for the baby. The service in general was good. They were very accommodating with the food for the baby in the restaurant. The design of the bathroom in the rooms is odd. The towel hanger was inside the bathtub space behind the glass. And the towels were old and light brown (awful color). The pool towels were softer."

"Las instalaciones en general desde la habitación hasta las áreas comunes se ven muy deterioradas. Los bordes de la piscina tienen moho, los ranchos están tapados con lonas, los muebles de las habitaciones están en mal estado, el aire acondicionada de la habitación no enfría bien y hace ruido al igual que el inodoro que no deja de botar agua y hace ruido toda la noche. El piso se siente grasoso. Adicionalmente los horarios de las áreas comunes están fuera de lo normal, que la piscina no se puede usar hasta las 9am y el servicio del bar a partir de las 10am, es decir que si me quedo una noche de estadía tengo menos de 2 horas para hacer uso de las áreas ya que a las 12md se entrega la habitación."
