On the ground floor, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a large living room equipped with a flat screen TV, as well as a separate dining room with direct access to the terrace. A large kitchen is also located on this level, complete with an oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a convenient dining nook and a direct exit to the garden. A separate WC completes the ground floor layout.

On the upper floor, you will find 3 bedrooms thoughtfully arranged to suit a variety of sleeping configurations. The first bedroom is a double room with a hand-basin.
