This is the second time our family has stayed at Willow Pond. We love the house because it is large enough for our growing family. We also love the pool. The host makes sure it is heated for the kiddos who are brave enough to swim. The fire pit was a big hit too with the family. The host goes to great lengths to provide games, puzzles, and even pool toys. He also made sure was someone there to greet us, provide information and answer questions. Great experience and will return again.

My family and I had an awesome stay at Willow Pond. House was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was one of the highlights of our trip. It was the perfect size for our family and there were plenty of pool toys for all ages. Movie theater was great for hanging out at night time and the wrap around porch was the spot for sunsets and just relaxing. Phillip made our trip even more special with him taking the time to go fishing with my kids and I. He was a perfect host and a wonderful person that my family encountered. I would highly recommend Willow Pond to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation close enough to downtown, but far enough to have a secluded place of your own in the country.

This was our first time to the Nashville area!! We celebrated our daughter’s 21st birthday with friends and family. We had the best time. Our biggest problem was the house was SO NICE that we didn’t want to leave to go to Nashville. Not a bad problem to have, really!!! Dudley was amazing to work with and Phillip was just as great!! We are typically prepared to bring everything from Salt and Pepper to trash bags and extra everything but we packed it all and didn’t need any of it. Dudley leaves no stone unturned and the welcome kit was so nice and appreciated. We had one small problem when we were there with some wasp at the pool and we used up what spray we had and Phillip showed up right away with 2 cans. The pool house and pool was wonderful. We did pay to have the pool heated and it was well worth it. Again, the property was more than Amazing and customer service was top notch! Can’t wait to stay again!!!

The property is absolutely beautiful. Everything was neat and clean. The host provided a little “goodie bag“ upon our arrival. We were also met, on arrival, by Philip the caretaker. He was amazing. He was friendly and stayed on top of everything. We enjoyed him very much. This was a five star experience. I highly recommend this property.

If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, look no further. Check in was great. There is a caretaker for the property. We loved him. The kitchen is the most nicely appointed kitchen I have ever been in. It has everything. The pool was amazing. The house and grounds are amazing. We loved everything about our stay.

Great location

Willow Pond was a great location for our annual family vacation. Ages 9 months to 90 all enjoyed the grounds…fishing pond, pool, fire pits and grounds. The house was well stocked with all we needed to enjoy our time together. The welcome basket included nibbles and all the fixings for nightly smores. Easy access by air or car with shopping nearby was a real plus.Our whole family gave this property a unanimous thumbs up.

Our stay at Willow Pond far exceeded our expectations! The location was ideal with close proximity to the excitement of Broadway in Nashville but a total country feel in Pleasant View. We even caught (and released) some fish in the pond!!! The property manager Phillip was available when needed and made the check in/out process a breeze! He also gave us some good tips on hiking and other things to do! I would definitely return to Willow Pond!!!

Wedding weekend!!!

Our entire stay at Willow Pond was absolutely fabulous! Phillip was an absolute godsend in helping with the load in / load out for the wedding weekend that we held at the property! Wonderful stay!

We had a family reunion group of 20 stay here, and it was wonderful! Everything was clean and comfortable. We paid for pool heat and it was delightfully warm, despite the cooler than usual temperatures. The house is close to the freeway and we found grocery stores and things to do close by. Everyone had a comfy bed, the kids had lots of room to play and do games, and we were able to visit with other family members who came to spend a day. The caretaker was super kind and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

The home and property were amazing! Tons of room , very clean and completely stocked with everything you would ever need. The house was very organized. The pool was so nice, warm and clean. The house exceeded our expectations, we hope to return for another visit next spring. I was able to watch my all time favorite movie, Jaws, in the incredible movie theater!

Fantastic Family getaway

Over the last 4 years, our children have met us in VRBOs in North Carolina. We decided to try Tennessee this year. It can be difficult to find a property that can handle 8 adults and 5 kiddos. Willow Pond had plenty of space for all of us. Parents were able to sleep near their kiddos but relax and unwind. The pond was used for fishing every day. The pool was amazing! The caretaker came each day to make sure the pool was spotless. This house had everything we needed to cook meals. Our kids love cooking and it was so pleasant we didn’t even leave the house. The house was really clean and beautifully furnished but also comfortable. Everyone slept very well. This is the best place we’ve stayed so far!

10-day stay for 6-16 people rotating onto the property to celebrate a 90th birthday over 2-weekends. The property was fantastic and easily handled all of the planned activities. We used the pool more than anticipated as the weather was mid 80’s in October! We would love to plan another reunion.

Amazing Stay

We had such an amazing time staying at Willow Pond! We planned our wedding weekend there, it was amazong to host our event at the property and have close family stay with us for the entire weekend. Everything was perfect for us and we received so many compliments from guests about how beautiful the property is. The house itself is very comfortable and well stocked. Phillip was very accommodating and kind. Highly recommend Willow Pond!

Beautiful for a Wedding

My husband and me rented this property for three days for our wedding. It was absolutely beautiful!! The pictures don't even do it justice with how beautiful the house and property are. It was also the cleanest rental property I've ever been in. The best part of this property was the grounds manager Philip. He helped us set up for our wedding, did the parking for the wedding, and was available the entire stay. I can't recommend this location enough!
