「The room was dusty. There were leftover soap and shampoo container seals left in the shower so not sure it was cleaned. The bed was a memory foam mattress on a very cheap slat and particle board lower frame. It creaked and squeaked with every move. We felt like we could have fell through to the floor as much as the bed sagged when we slept. You hear everything from each room on the top floor because the wood floors and gaps under the doors let you hear everything. I’m sure if you are hard of...

「DON'T STAY HERE! Expedia should be ashamed for recommending. Checked in the evening for a two-night stay. Guest has a medical condition and it very important the room be non-smoking and clean. The bathroom was disgusting and hadn't appeared to be cleaned in quite some time even though there was a strong chemical smell. After sitting for several minutes, and getting a headache, left and requested a refund....

There was no one around & no paper towels or paper napkins available to guests, so rather than leave the spill, we had to use a cloth napkin to clean it up. Rather than politely pulling me aside at...
