Guests are provided a personal, unique access code to the home`s secure entry off Hawkins St and from the back deck door. The property rental is of the entire home, driveway, garage, yard, deck & roof-top deck.

We check you in personally to make sure you are comfortable in the home and have everything you need! We provide a Welcome Book and are happy to offer our local recommendations so you can make the most of your trip! Guests are also provided with a 24 hour emergency number to call while staying with us!

You can walk to all of Downtown Gulch attractions from this location, and grab a quick cab or free `Green-Line` to Lower Broadway (Honky-Tonks, LP Field, Bridgestone Arena, Country Music Hall of Fame, The Ryman Auditorium, TPAC, Convention Center, Schermerhorn Symphony Center, Frist Center for the Arts, and much more.)

We ask that when leaving the home throughout your stay, you set the security alarm for the home.

To keep the property comfy and enjoyable for everyone, here are a few quick guidelines:

Oops moments happen! If there’s any vomit or urine that needs extra cleaning (including towels or bedding), there’s a minimum $150 cleaning fee.

No smoking indoors 🚭: To keep the space fresh for all guests, any smoking inside the property will incur a minimum $150 fee.

Treat the space with care 🏡: Any damage to items or the home itself may result in additional charges.

We also recommend checking out travel insurance for extra peace of mind, as we’re unable to offer refunds outside our established policy.
