Within a mile, you'll find an array of dining and bar options, including local favorites like Geist for brunch, Mother Ruin for cocktails, and Central BBQ. The home is less than a mile from Germantown, Sounds Stadium, the Nashville Farmers Market, The North Gulch, and Marathon Music Works. Plus, it's just a short drive or rideshare to all that Nashville has to offer.
