House Guidelines
No smoking inside the home.
To keep the space fresh for everyone, smoking (including marijuana) is not permitted indoors. If smoke odors remain after checkout, a $300 additional cleaning fee may apply.

Additional cleaning for biohazards.
If vomit is left anywhere in the home, an additional $200 cleaning fee may be required due to the specialized cleaning involved.

Hot tub care.
Please enjoy the hot tub responsibly. To avoid extra cleaning or maintenance fees ($300), do not place food, drinks, glitter, lotions, self-tanners, soaps, bubbles, or other substances in the water.

Decorations.
Decorations are welcome when installed by professionals or using painter’s tape only. Please avoid adhesives, glues, or tapes that may damage walls or paint. We kindly ask that glitter not be used inside the home.

Check-in & check-out times.
Early check-ins and late check-outs must be arranged in advance through the link sent you at booking. Same day requests will not be accommodated.
