Start your days sipping on a cup of coffee on the private balcony overlooking the Cumberland River. There is no view like this!

Inside, the sunny living room enjoys great views of the river as well and offers an inviting sectional in front of a wall-mounted Smart TV. Stay up to date with your favorite series or movies! The open kitchen is a delight by itself with modern, stainless steel appliances. Equipped with an LG French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Keurig coffee maker, the chef of the group will have a blast preparing delicious meals for the gang. There is a minibar by the kitchen if you feel like treating yourself and the rest to delicious cocktails and beverages.

Apart from the main living space, the first floor also hosts a private bedroom with a large body mirror, a convenient desk, and a wall-mounted Smart TV, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
