the property needs a good deep clean. I would suggest closing for a day and cleaning everything. I get that there is a short turn over and you only have a few hours to clean in between clients but this should be done at least once a month. dirty baseboards and calcium clogged shower heads are noticed, especially by 40 year old women. the back yard needs a clean up. there was a piece of machinery (hot tub pump?) in the middle of the yard. the upstairs outdoor space furniture is quite damaged with several cushions ripped and burnt. it is not an inviting space to sit. several light bulbs throughout the property are burnt out and need replacing. the fridge was a big issue for us with it freezing. we lost all our fruit/vegetables, soda and meat due to freezing which was about 150-200 expense. The property manager offered to come fix the fridge but not reimburse for our lost food. It is a great space for a bachelor party or young adults. For older women on a getaway like we were, i would suggest stayiny somewhere else.
