Welcome to Music Row’s Spence Manor, home of world-famous musicians including Elvis Presley, Paul McCartney, and Johnny Cash. Elvis actually leased the entire 6th floor which is our floor! Most artists would stay here when in town to record at nearby studios. This condo was designed to bring back the luxury that these musicians enjoyed. It is at the center of all Nashville entertainment.
