This super host thought of EVERYTHING! It’s not just the perfect location but all the details in the room that catered to our every comfort. Fabulous mattress , storage and coffee maker to name a few. Would stay here over and over to soak up the good food and great boutiques of 12South.

Perfect!!

Such a perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Nashville for the weekend! Right off 12 south…quiet, clean, and short Uber or bus ride to the Gulch and downtown!

Beautiful rental

Great area with restaurants and bars. The rental was clean and beautiful. Easy check in and out. 3 miles to downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot for a great time in Nashville

This was a wonderful location to walk to many local restaurants and still be a 10 - 15 min drive to downtown. Wonderful neighborhood feel without the "cliche" touristy stuff. The room was clean, quite and just the right size for a couple get away.

Great property, amazing location. Barn door blocking the bathroom has a large gap in it which could be awkward for some but not a deal breaker all things considered.

Really sweet little place… like a hotel room basically. Perfect location in 12 South so close to all the shops and restaurants. We’d stay there again. :)

Excellent place to stay!

My wife and I enjoyed our time here! This was for our 4 year Anniversary and it was a relaxed & comfortable environment. Also, not too far from downtown Nashville, where there is so much to do. Highly recommend!

Quiet, clean, conveniently located

Our stay was somewhat brief, only a few days, but the room was great. There was some construction going on that seemed to be taking up some of the parking area but we seemed to be the only ones there, so it didn't affect us. Bathroom has a barn door, so left little to the imagination, just FYI :)

Just perfect!!

Perfect quant place close to anything you'll want to do or attend in Nashville! We walked, we drove, and we used Lyft! Communication was top notch! Highly recommend and would reserve it again if in the Nashville area!

We had a great time in Nashville at the elmwood street house. 12south is very cool and the place is maybe 100 feet from it.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

Enjoyed our stay in this great location in 12 South. Quick walk to restaurants and coffee shops and a quick drive to Broadway and Germantown. Easy parking and comfy bed. Easy communication w owner. I wish there was a kitchen sink, iron, and umbrella, but we felt like we had a most things we needed for a great first visit to Nashville.

We had a really good time!

I surprised my boyfriend with a trip to Nashville and this was a nice place in a great location. We were within walking distance of a lot of good restaurants and shops. And it was only a 10 min drive to Broadway Street and the other attractions. Easy communication with the owner. 10/10 would recommend.

Safe and quiet

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very clean. The property is easy to access. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants. Has a park near by with bikes to rent. Felt safe in this part of town. Not recommended for those who are looking to party (for that go downtown),but great for those who want a nice quiet vacation. Can’t say one bad thing about this property and owners!
