The Space:

Bedroom 4 also features a king-size bed. All bedrooms offer a private, serene retreat. The apartment includes four full bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests. Enjoy the modern amenities throughout, including air conditioning, a kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator, and a cozy indoor fireplace. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a TV and wireless internet. Additional features include an elevator for easy access, a pool table, a washer and dryer for your convenience, and complimentary toiletries. Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire Elvis Suite apartment, including all four bedrooms, four bathrooms, the kitchen (equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and more), the living area with a cozy fireplace and TV, and the in-unit washer and dryer. Enjoy the convenience of an elevator for easy access to the apartment. Additionally, you'll have a pool table for entertainment. The property is located downtown, offering easy access to nearby attractions.

The Neighborhood:
Located just blocks from Broadway and within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and everything Nashville.

Getting Around:
The Maddox Hotel is a short 3-block walk from Broadway and Printer's Alley. You can easily walk to any downtown museum, attraction, restaurants, etc.

Other Things to Note:
Please note: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. Paid parking is available off-site. The apartment is located in a vibrant downtown area, but with little street noise. For any questions or assistance during your stay, our hotel staff is available 24/7 via email or text. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours after 11:00 PM. The property is a non-smoking apartment. Please be aware that the property is located in a building with an elevator, ensuring easy access to the apartment.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $2500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $99 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
