Chaos

The unit is beautiful. Totally redone and very spacious. Only a 4 minute drive to most parking lots in downtown Nashville. Went with 8 adults so we had a great time. NOT walkable due to the major downfall of the place. It’s located in a rough neighborhood. Definitely would not take young kids there or have a house only with women. The host Ryan was a gem.

50th Birthday for Nashville

The house was clean but needed some updating on the walls. Lots of scuffs and small holes on some of the walls. Neighborhood is not good. Did not feel safe to walk anywhere. Host was very pleasant and checked in to see if we needed anything and let us check in early due to an early flight.

Fun times

We had a great stay at this location! We celebrated our son’s 21st in Nashville. The house is a quick Uber ride away from Broadway. Plenty of room for a big group to stay here. The neighborhood as many others have stated is a little rough. We were aware of this ahead of booking and never had any issues. Communication was great with Ryan the host. Thank you!

!!Warning!! - Great House, Rough Neighbor ‘Hood’

The house itself, as well as the hosts, is amazing. The house is spacious, the bathrooms and bedrooms are fine and the house can comfortably sleep 8 if you have two people share the master bedroom. The warning is because of the area the house is located. To be blunt, the house is in the hood with apartments/projects one street over. I felt somewhat uncomfortable with a group of guys, and would absolutely never bring my wife or kids to this house. The first night the street over had a block party going on, which is fine, except for the fact that they played music on obnoxious car speakers that shook our windows. This party lasted until 1am, at which time at least 8 cops rolled up to disperse the crowd. Thank god for the gated parking in the back, but if you open the gate, your garage looks straight down a dirt road connecting the alley to the street in the back. This dirt road is frequented by certain individuals 24/7 so be careful pulling into the gated parking. As long as you don’t leave the house at night, or draw attention to yourself you’ll be fine.

Georgia Pageant Queens Retreat

As a pageant director, I had the pleasure of bringing three of our queens and their mothers to your lovely home for the weekend. We truly appreciated the convenient location near downtown and found the house incredibly charming and well-equipped with all the needed amenities. It is evident that a lot of thought has been put into making the house comfortable and inviting. However, we wanted to provide some feedback to help enhance the experience for future guests. Firstly, while the house itself is adorable, the drive into the neighborhood was a bit uncomfortable. Additionally, we noticed some trash in the yard upon our arrival; the front porch with the chairs was covered in dirt and spider webs, which left it unusable, and we felt that the house could benefit from a more thorough cleaning. A particularly unsettling incident occurred on Friday night around 11:30 PM when someone knocked on the door asking for money for their birthday. This made us feel quite uneasy and scared our girls. Maybe adding a digital lock to the outside gate would greatly improve guests' security and overall sense of safety. Despite these concerns, we had a pleasant stay and believe the house has great potential. The neighborhood was the only notable downside for us. Thank you once again for a great stay.

Amazing Experience!

We had a 5/5 wonderful stay! The owners of the property went above and beyond! From accommodating our check in time, quickly replying to our questions, and checking in during our stay to ensure the best quality, they truly made it a pleasant stay! I would highly recommend!

Nice house but

The house is very well kept minus the fact none of the outlets in the bathrooms work. We completely ran out of hot water in the second day. The beds were very comfortable. Plenty of space in the house. The neighborhood isn’t ideal but seems to be a work in progress.
