We very much enjoyed a last minute get away to Nashville. The house was perfect for our needs. We loved the spacious home, and full kitchen was an excellent amenity for us. The host Michael was so prompt and helpful in reaching out to us and sending us a fantastic local itinerary. He also checked in on us while we were there. This house is located within "The Gulch" area of Nashville which is an amazing local vibe, and we walked down daily for drinks, food, shopping etc. The walk to Broadway/Music Row was manageable. We typically took uber back home if late at night. We would definitely stay here again.

Michael is an incredible host with an amazing home! My husband and I were in a last minute situation trying to find somewhere to stay during Thanksgiving week nearby Vanderbilt Hospital and Michael welcomed us with open arms! His home is not pet friendly, but he allowed our dog to stay given our emergency and his compassion and kindness will never be forgotten. It made a hard week much more manageable! I appreciated so much that he trusted us when it came to our dog to care for his home. The house is well stocked with EVERYTHING you could need. It is comfortable (the beds!!!!) and clean and in an awesome location. If/when we return to Nashville in the future we will rent again.

This property is exactly as advertised. Very clean, spacious and well decorated. It has everything you need. We enjoyed being able to walk to shops, restaurants, etc. The area felt very safe. Communication with the host was excellent. It was the perfect house and location for our girls trip. Definitely recommend!

Location was very good. Beds were super comfortable. Clean. Parking was great. Check-in and Check-out was very easy. The house had everything we could have needed. Host was very prompt. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property and very spacious. Exactly what we needed for a trip to Nashville with our 2 adult children. Host was very communicative and even let us know that the property was ready earlier than we had planned. Exceeded our expectations. Will be back again!

We had a great time! The house was perfect for our group of 7. Loved how close it was to everything we wanted to do and see. Quiet neighborhood, felt safe the whole stay.Michael was great to work with, always fast to respond.Looking forward to our next trip to Nashville - would stay here again!!

Perfect location to easily tour Music Row, Broadway and surrounding areas. Close to so many cool restaurants, shopping and endless entertainment. This home is welcoming, clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable beds, black out curtains and well stocked kitchen. The host was very responsive and kind. We hope to return soon!

Exceeded our expectations!!!

This property absolutely exceeded our expectations! I was visiting Nashville for a family vacation with my adult boys and their girlfriend/wife. The open concept was perfect for interacting with the family and no one was ever left out of the activities or conversations. The furniture was beautiful and very high quality, and the decorating was absolutely gorgeous. There's a fabulous couch area to hang out in with comfortable, oversized furniture. The bedrooms are all upstairs and are a good size. I was lucky enough to stay in the master suite, and I never wanted to leave. I especially appreciated how solid the house was built. You can't hear a peep when people walk around upstairs or down. While you can walk to various areas in Nashville a 15 Uber might be a better option...especially if you have your boots on. I wanted to move in and never leave. I can't wait to visit again soon!

Ladies vacay

This property is in the perfect location!!! So many restaurants to walk to. Only 1.25 miles to Broadway so Ubers were cheap for 5 to split. The house itself is chef’s kiss. Great deck with patio furniture. Huge open downstairs. Master suite upstairs is amazing. The temperature throughout the house, even with tall ceilings and an upstairs was so pleasant! Loved all of it. A definite gem in the Gulch!

Amazing stay in the Gulch!

3 couples ages 35-40 stayed here for a 3 day kid-less get away from Weds morning through Saturday morning. The house was perfect for 3 couples, very well decorated, very clean, complimentary coffee and shower items, hair dryers etc! Great location - 10/15 min easy walk to the Gulch. We enjoyed eating in the Gulch then walking another 15 minutes to Broadway. We ordered Whole Foods delivery for some snacks. Our delivery got there before us and the cleaners were so nice to bring the groceries inside and refrigerated the cold items! Couldn’t recommend this house more!
