LaVille is a modern luxury home with great views in up and coming Elizabeth Park!

The home features 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, family room (w/ full murphy pull down bed), foosball, open living space, large full rooftop deck with amazing views of Downtown. Entertainment area with mini fridge and foosball. LaVille is walking distance to Bicentennial State Park/ Sounds Field and Germantown. Short ride to downtown, Broadway, the Gulch, Bridgestone Arena & Nissan Stadium.

*Please note that the owners have a tenant living in the back unit above the garage. Her and her dog are very friendly!

Overall, the place was as described with the exception of the rooftop deck. the furnishings were not at all as shown. The firetable didn't work, as the propane tank was empty, and the host never responded to our concern. Otherwise, the property was clean, well maintained and comfortable.

Great house for a big group we had 9 people and it was perfect! Close car ride to broadway. The rooftop was the perfect spot to hang out after getting home from downtown. It’s clean and beautifully decorated. We will book this house for our next stay in Nashville!!!

Our stay at this property was great. There was lots of space and the property was bright and modern. Our family enjoyed being able to cook at the house with the pots and utensils that were available.

The place was perfectly as advertised! It is lovely and was an ideal getaway for 5 ladies who each wanted their own room. We had a great time in the home (even met a lovely back-door neighbor dog named Figgy!), and were conveniently located for so many Nashville sites.Thank you to the owner/manager for the check-ins (helpful, but never intrusive) and the quick response when we could not find the dumpsters.This place definitely earns five stars!!

4 adult women needing a safe and clean place to stay for a few days of adventuring thru Nashville. The house was perfect! Plenty of space to spread out and plenty of space to be together. The great location made it an easy Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway. On another note.....The broken glass and boarded up back door was a little disturbing...especially since it was the same style glass door as the front entry. The bed linens were not as fresh and clean smelling as the towels. Also, the bathroom vanities could all use a good washing out of the drawers.

Nice house. Convenient to downtown Nashville

Overall the stay was really good. The property is close to downtown and the home was very spacious and comfortable. There were no kitchen towels for dishes. When I contacted Greta she said we could use bathroom towels but they don’t work well in the kitchen. There was only 1 roll of paper towels and then not having kitchen towels, made it challenging. Would have liked some sort of cleaning product to be able to wipe down kitchen counters. I don’t believe there is an ironing board on the property. At least we couldn’t find it. Hangers would be great in the downstairs bedroom closet. We did have a nice time and would stay again.

Really nice spot!

We enjoyed our stay. The house is very clean, modern, and conveniently located. We did need to contact the staff, and they were very responsive and friendly! If given the opportunity, I will recomend this property.

The home was amazing. Nice and spacious. Beautiful back porch and roof top to enjoy. Close enough for Uber to Broadway. Needs a few items for maintenance: Propane tank empty in fire table The piezo igniter is missing on fire table Master bedroom door latch is stuck in the door and as well doesn’t lock The downstairs bathroom door doesn’t lock The downstairs threshold is damaged needs replaced Top floor shower door needs adjusted All doors need w d 40 on them all squeaky Needs a deep clean Will rent this again
