AC did not work 75% of time and had no remote to operate it until after 4 days, no lock on back door, they put a cable tie on it, not enough room to sit on toilet without hitting your knees on shower trough, staircase going to loft was not to code, it was like climbing a ladder, shower trough was too tall, I could not climb inside and trough was rusty, one set of cheap towels. Had to take showers at our son and daughters-in-law's house, linens on full bed downstairs were very thin, rusty pail as kitchen sink to also be used to brush teeth, TV had no remote and then when provided with one, it was a TCL streaming TV, which we had no idea how to use and they were not very helpful in explaining how to operate it.
And with no cancellation policy, we were stuck paying for
someplace that we were not at all happy with.
