- Open Living. Beautiful exposed rafters and dark hard wood floors set the tone for the first floor.
- Dining room. Seating for 6, plus an additional 3 spots at the kitchen island. A bar cart for an evening pre-dinner cocktail, or a night cap centers the room.
- Nashville runs on coffee. Fully equipped kitchen with complimentary coffee from Nashville favorite, The Well, is featured, alongside a Keurig.
- Outside deck. Featured off the living room, you're stepping into a large space with a grill, fire pit, cozy lounge seating, and a huge fenced in yard. Perfect for a cornhole challenge with friends.
- Mudroom at the entry for easy landing pad for coats, shoes, and luggage.

- In addition to Broadway, we are also short Uber/Lyft ride to 12 South, the Gulch, Music Row, and all the hot spots in Music City.
- You'll find a diverse array of restaurants and coffee shops- Pharmacy Burger is a neighborhood fav and don't sleep on Five Daughter's bakery. Best tacos in Nashville is less than 10 min walk away!

Guys Trip

Great place with perfect oversized game room with ping pong, putt golf and TV. Five Points neighborhood has great food and bars. Only a five minute drive to downtown. Awesome stay!
