This luxe retreat offers off-street parking, a newly renovated built-in bunk room, and all the amenities you'll need to kick back and relax! The open-plan first floor features a cozy living room, gourmet kitchen, queen pull-out sofa, and half bath. The second floor offers a unique bunk room (queen over queen, twin over twin) with an adjacent full bath, and a serene queen suite with a smart TV and private bath. A laundry room with full-sized appliances adds convenience. The third floor boasts a luxurious primary suite with a king bed, twin-over-twin trundle, smart TV, and en suite bathroom with spacious shower and soaker tub. The Neighborhood:
We are wedged between downtown and Germantown, close to Fisk and Meharry colleges, and moments away from the famed Nashville Farmer's Market, the Nashville Sounds stadium, all the incredible bars and restaurants nearby (Rolf and Daughters, Fifth and Taylor, Viu's Kitchen, City House and SO many more) and a whole host of other activities. We do live in an urban, city neighborhood, that is a mix of new development and Nashville institutions, but we love our location for its convenience and ease to get ANYWHERE in town for a $10 ride share.

Nashville has several transportation options available including Uber and Lyft!

- Guests must be at least 18 years old to book with us.
- As is standard with all of our homes, we do request additional guest verification including signing a liability agreement after booking.
