The Space:

Step through the gate into a tranquil courtyard, where cozy seating invites you to enjoy a quiet morning coffee or an evening under the stars. Inside, the space is warm and thoughtfully designed to help you unwind. In the living room, a love seat-style couch and a comfy armchair create a snug spot to relax in front of the smart TV—perfect for movie nights or simply slowing down. The compact kitchen has everything you need, featuring stainless steel appliances, a single-serve coffeemaker, and a small expandable table for three tucked neatly against the wall—ideal for casual meals or planning your day’s adventures.

This home comfortably sleeps 2 guests in 1 private bedroom.



The bedroom includes a queen size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking for 10 vehicles available.

• This home is a second-floor walkup unit. Please note that there is no elevator available.

• This home is a sister unit to the unit next door, Carters Court Serene Suite. Guests may notice others coming and going through the shared outdoor spaces and entryway mudroom; however, each unit has its own private entrance within the mudroom. For larger groups, we recommend booking the combined unit (Carters Court Serene Hideaway) for access to both homes.

• Long-term stays allowed.

• Portable crib available upon request



PLEASE NOTE: THIS HOME HAS A STRICT NO-PETS POLICY due to severe allergies. Evidence of pets on the property will result in additional cleaning fees and may require guest removal if the issue is not resolved.
