Perfect location

Leon and Gayden were perfect hosts. They were very quick to respond to any questions. The location was perfect for us and very comfortable.They recommended a couple of restaurants and the pizza place was amazing. I believe it was Sky King Pizza within walking distance.

Perfect place!

Hosts are wonderful and so accommodating. Location is perfect with a coffee shop and pizza place right down the hill. Place is clean and cozy.

Quiet and charming

This property is perfect if you are visiting Nashville and prefer a quieter neighborhood. It’s a short drive to the Nashville attractions, but far away enough to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The place is incredibly clean and charming. The hosts are wonderful.

Cutest little space!

This trip was a mini honeymoon for my new husband and I and we cannot recommend it enough! It was easy to find, the a/c worked great (Tennessee summers, ya know?), and everything was clean and fresh. We were just far enough away from the loud city traffic, but close enough to do a little shopping in town. Leon and Gayden were the perfect hosts, we hope to stay here again one day!

Perfect launching point for Nashville

I stayed here after attending a week long music and nature camp at Wooten Woods. This was a perfect home away from home to explore Nashville but still have a nice quiet place to return to. The extras provided by the host was what really put it over the top. Coffee, creamer, sugar, waters, soda, and snacks were all provided by the hosts. Will definitely stay again if I'm back in the area

Super Cute and clean

The place was very nice and cozy. While it is small it doesn't feel small. Perfect for the two of us. The kitchen is well outfitted and had everything we needed. On Saturday we returned and we could hear music coming from the restuarnt/bar down the street. We were concerned it might distrub us but once we were inside we couldn't hear a thing!

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

This was the perfect place to stay! It had all the comforts of home, whether you wanted to cook or just relax. There were plenty of towels and the place was very clean. The jost is very friendly and responsive to uour needs. The location is in beautiful countryside, yet just within minutes walking is a coffee shop with wonderful homemade goods and a bar that plays music nightly. Not only is it a great place to relax for the night, it's the best of both worlds, great breakfast and music. We took a little stroll and people were so friendly, everyone waived at us as they passed in their car. I would highly recommend this place and definitely would dtay hete agsin.

Little Getaway

We liked place especially since it was a last minute decision and the price point was good. We didn’t know they had little dogs and lived in the upstairs. This is a cute little place as part of their basement home. Decorated nicely and comfy bed and my husband loved the pillows! He wants to buy his own! lol! Nice little kitchenette with everything we needed. Just some dusty lights and the door to the upstairs was right next to the bed and not able to lock it from someone coming down. I’m not sure I would start again but they were nice and it was a sweet little place. Dogs don’t bother us because we have our own little happy pups at home but would be nice to know it for those who might not like it and should be divulged. Nice little personal touches of snacks and drinks were appreciated!
