Very nice house and excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay here. Quiet area, comfy mattress, and close to Broadway. The best part is that it’s pet friendly with fenced back yard. We plan to stay here again.

Perfect place for our girls trip

When we decided to visit Nashville for our annual girls trip, I went on a hunt to find the best place for our group of 8. And to our luck, we found it. The host was extremely responsive. Place was clean, had everything we needed. We felt safe and comfortable. Definitely would stay here again.

Great weekend in Nashville!

House was exactly as advertised and felt very spacious inside, especially the common area. The location was perfect for easily hanging out in East Nashville and a quick trip into town to check out Broadway.

Great property for family

This property was great to stay at! Very cute, decorated well, clean and nice layout. It worked extremely well for my family. The host was very easy to work with and transparent with the checkout process etc. will stay here again!

Overnight Stay in a great place

Nashville was our half way point on the way home and we found this gem still had availablity the night we needed. We booked right away and were very pleased with our stay!! The place was very clean and the pictures you see are exactly what you get (adorable and clean!!). I plan on coming back to Nashville and would love to stay here again!

Nashville in the winter

We enjoyed our stay at this cute house. Even though the weather did not cooperate for our trip, the house was a great place to stay. It had everything we needed. Our girls’ trip turned into a mother daughter Netflix and chill trip and we could not ask for a better place to relax and call home for a few days.

Perfect House for Large Group

Excellent communication. Loved the text making sure we’d made it and everything was good. Love the extras like coffee and filters and phone charger in the closet. Convenient to downtown attractions. Plenty of space for everyone. Would highly recommend.

This house was cute and had enough room for 6 of us. The seating area was big but didn’t have a lot of seating options. We used the dining chairs in the living area. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils. Beds were comfortable.

Aunts and Nieces getaway

We were a group of seven with ages ranging from 30 all the way to 65. The house was great plenty of places to sleep. We were all very comfortable. The ease of walking distance to little coffee shops, and a taco restaurant. Getting an Lyft to Broadway was eight dollars very simple great neighborhood very quiet. The hosts were very very accommodating. It was a wonderful day, and we will be back again. ! Thanks so much

Quick Stop

We just needed a place to crash for the night and booked last minute. The house was plenty large enough and had everything we needed for our quick stay. The house is in an older area with nearby homes being rehabbed. It's a quiet area though and we felt safe. We didn't stay long enough to know what was nearby other than the highway. The host was very kind and responsive considering our last minute stay. I'd recommend it to anyone needing a place to stay in Nashville.

Great place to stay not far from downtown.

Clean and well decorated property. Lots of beds and room layouts that worked for 3 families with small children. Close to restaurants and a short Uber ride to Broadway. We had an issue with the coffee maker on the first day but the host came and replaced it quickly. We also liked having access to the utility room to grab the broom and vacuum. With little kids it was easy to clean up after meals and play or grab additional towels.

We had an amazing stay! 9 of us girls were very comfortable and has plenty of space to get ready! The house is very charming and the hardwood floors made a great dance floor for our boots! I would highly recommend booking the cute bungalow!!! It's a short $8 uber ride to downtown and just about anywhere you want to go! The local taco shack was amazing and we felt very safe in the neighborhood. Communication from t he host was on point and we were able to check in prior to the stated check in time. Again I highly recommend booking this place!!!! 5 Stars for sure!!

Great place in a great neighborhood

It's a very nice place for a family get together. We drove to Nashville from Miami so needed a place that we can park our cars without the pricey charges. When we want to go into downtown, it's a short Uber/Lyft trip. The neighborhood is family-oriented with many good restaurants within walking distance. Grocery stores are nearby. The house is very clean and well equipped with kitchen needs. All bedrooms are spacious. A couple of drawbacks: 1) There is no dining area indoor, only counter area with 4 stools, which is not enough space for a larger group. There is a dining set outdoor with 6 chairs if weather permits; and 2) the sofa in the living room is very, very uncomfortable. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay!

It’s okay but would not stay here again…

The outside of the property definitely needs to be cleaned. There were cobwebs all over the porch in the backyard was covered in leaves. Our kids couldn’t really play out there. It’s very close to the highway and the train tracks. Otherwise it is a great location and cute neighborhood. It’s spacious. The carpet is pretty gross and should be replace. We had a family emergency prior to leaving and the property management company did not seem to care whatsoever. That is definitely something I will look for when booking through VRBO again. This property’s cancellation policy is nonexistent. Just beware because if your plans change or you have an emergency, they will not budge or help at all. They wouldn’t even allow us to rebook for another date. Also, my daughter got electrocuted by one of their salt lamps, the cord was exposed and she went to unplug it and got shocked pretty bad. I left a burnt on her hand. All we received was an apology and we were told it was OK for us to throw the salt lamp away. I will say that the manager does respond quickly.

Host was easy / quick to communicate with and helpful. I would’ve liked the downstairs furniture to be in better shape than it was (couch was not comfy or easy to sit on). Overall enjoyed our stay and the location was very convenient.
