Many things are within walking distance! There is public transportation and it's only 15 mins from the airport. There are plenty of Ubers, Lyft and taxis available. Our condo is in a great location to enjoy all the things that Nashville has to offer.

Great spot right on the river

Had a great time with my bestie at this cute condo by the river. We spent mornings watching the cardinals, groundhogs and even a bunny! Downtown is walkable from here, though we chose to Lyft everywhere because it was SO HOT in Nashville when we visited. The AC was such a blessing when we came in the door.

Enjoyed coffee every morning out on the deck overlooking the river. Could easily walk to all the best restaurants, bars,and museums in Nashville.

Convenient Location

Great place that is just an uber away from Broadway. Quick walk to German town and the great restaurants and bakeries. We thoroughly enjoyed the condo and even saw a groundhog in the backyard.

Great Nashville Getaway

Amazing location

The place was great, but the location was even better. Our group was able to walk everywhere we wanted to during our stay, such as walking to Germantown for breakfast and lunch, Top Golf for a fun evening, and downtown for drinks and live music.

Nashville on the Riverfront

Very nice condo. Had never been to the German Town area of Nashville and we found out how pleasant and peaceful it was. Plenty of local restaurants, plus it’s walking distance to downtown. Our host was awesome and I would highly recommend this property.

Perfect!

The condo was just as described, clean, comfortable beds, river view perfect! Location to downtown was far enough to be peaceful, but still walkable, or very reasonable Uber/lyft. We had so much fun, will definitely use this condo again in future.

Wonderfully convenient, perfect condo

Excellent location! Inexpensive, fast ride shares to downtown, midtown, etc. About a 20min walk to Broadway if you're so inclined. The condo was perfect for our group of 4, comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, kitchen has everything you might want, grills on the property too. On-site laundry. Very tastefully decorated as well! Hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely condo on the river & a 20 minute walk to Broadway. Very clean & well stocked. The bed mattress in master bedroom is a bit saggy & worn. Beautiful view off the balcony. Highly recommend.

Apparently floors are made of thin plywood, sounded like people above were bowling, til early am hrs. The facility was nice clean and downtown not far from broadway. Parking is nice

River View

Superb communication. Well stocked condo and great starbucks coffee to enjoy the river view! Loved we were on ground level and covered parking just out our door. Broadway and German town within a nice walk weather permitting or a short Uber!
