This property was in a great location for me however it was lacking in cleanliness and deferred maintenance. Glass cooktop stove had baked on grime and appeared to not have been cleaned in weeks. Mildew was found on the shower liner. Very worn and mismatched bath towels, a broken seat in dining chair, and dust filled ceiling vent fan in the bathroom. This place could be enhanced by new bath towels, extra blankets, extra pillows, an electric tea kettle, a hand towel hook in the bathroom and a coffe table in the living room. King bed was in good shape but one queen bed was not, felt the springs in the mattress. Insides of kitchen cupboards could use some paint to cover the rust. The other small things were the hand soap ran out after two days of a 7 day stay and not enough bath towel hooks.

It was OK we never got the welcome text so we never got the information to enter the home. Then the bed frame was extremely loose and falling apart. Messaged the host and it was difficult getting a response. The house was a little less desirable than I was expecting but for the price I can’t really complain too much…overall we had a good stay and had a lot of fun in Nashville. The pictures are not super accurate of the condition of the home. Oh and there isn’t a dishwasher contrary to what the description says.

Quick Trip To Nashville

Its a cute place. Quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbor. The kitchen could use some upgrades and additional pots and pans but overall the place was nice. The owners were very helpful and informative.

The house was great my wife and daughters loved the decorations on the beds😊. Everything we needed to do was so close and only a short trip downtown.

Quaint Neighborhood

Very helpful property managers with good communications and helpful tips. Easy to ride share to and from property to other locations. Quiet but friendly neighborhood. You arent too far from airport and my son enjoyed watching planes fly by. Really appreciated the coffee pod station as buying coffee in bulk wouldve been a waste for our shorter trip.

From Texas

The property was dated, could use some renovation. Had plenty of towels. Master bedroom sheets smelled of smoke. Had no cleaning or washing supplies. Comfortable beds. House sits on pier beams, so floors crack a lot. Shower although very clean that to cracks a lot. Location was great. Not too far from tourist areas. We literally slept and showered our entire stay. Left early morning and returned evening. Safe neighborhood. The airport is close by so we heard the planes past through. Plenty of gas stations, grocery, and drug stores nearby. Thank you host for allowing us to stay.

Nice location but disappointing stay.

Overall, we were happy to have found this location when we booked last minute. However, the property smelled like smoke and had a musty smell as well. We were disappointed with the cleanliness. The property was decently clean but there was shampoo still smeared on the shower curtain when we arrived as well as other small things. There is an issue with the refrigerator that causes it to leak water on the inside and we found the kitchen utensils, pots, and pans to not be completely clean. The beds were comfortable and the location afforded us the opportunity to stay in a separate room from our toddler which we deeply appreciated. We also found the price of this location to be higher than what we thought was appropriate. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this location to others.

The house was very cozy when we got there we had a little trouble with the TV and the host made sure to send somebody over so that we knew how to work it we were very happy with our stay the bed was very comfortable

Great get away!

Neighborhood was older cute area. House was cute and cozy. Everything was perfect and great for our weekend stay the only complaint I have is there is no tv in the bedrooms so that made it a little difficult trying to go to sleep but everything else was perfect. If we go back to Nashville we would stay again. My number one food recommendation by house it Cutie barbecue that place had the best food!

Not quite as expected

It was indeed a cozy cottage, well furnished, nice, safe and quiet neighborhood. Clearly effort was put into certain features of the house, while others were not up to the same quality as though it was not quite finished. Property managers were very responsive to any issues.

Nashville stay

We had a great communication with the host before the stay. Upon arrival we noticed it looked unclean everywhere and the bathroom had a ton of hair everywhere. When I emailed the host and asked for someone to come and clean I never received a response. Not one response the entire 4 day stay. The location was nice as it wasn’t too far of a drive but how dirty the home was made it for an uncomfortable stay.

Concert & Fun Weekend

The communication was great, timely messages we needed to confirm, access and checkout. Departing tasks were simple. Home stayed nice and cool for our stay in the summer heat. Great parking and quick access to interstate or main roads around Nashville & concert venues. Kitchen was stocked with the basics and bonus was the air fryer for our late night snacks!

Cute & Cozy

The Crosby home was sufficient for our stay while in Nashville. The second bedroom has 2 full beds and no dresser or extra space to put suitcases. A small standing shelf and a hand towel rack would be a good addition in the bathroom. Overall, the home was clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the owners was excellent and we would most likely stay here again.

A pleasant stay

Very quiet neighborhood. We really didn’t spend much time at the house as we were preparing for a university move in. But it was clean, and a very quiet neighborhood. All amenities as promised were available and working. However, we couldn't find the back and a remote for the cable box remote. All in all we would stay again.

Comfortable

This is a cozy little home. It does need some repairs and updated amenities. The bathtub faucet is fallig off the wall. There is a Keurig with pods but, the machine doesn’t work. No other coffee maker. I was impressed that there was a washer and dryer. It was good for the 3 days we stayed.

Lower budget, rustic, small, and practical

Some of the photos need to be updated. The living room had a small couch and two standard chairs, not those comfy lazyboy looking chairs. The washer and dryer are next to the kitchen sink, not in a separate laundry room. (This is relevant because when you clean out the dryer lint trap, you're about 8 inches from your clean dishes in the drying rack.) Overall, the place was functional enough to live in for a few days for a small family of 4. And I will say that the price reflects the size of the house, which was very small. The house was overall clean, but the cleaners didn't dust under the beds or the bottoms of nightstands. The dryer lint trap was overflowing. Looked like they did a quick and dirty wipe down, but didn't go the extra mile. The beds were comfy and none of us had sore backs. The neighborhood felt safe. The location was 15 minutes to everything in Nashville. Also, I had texted the owners to say there were ants under one of the beds. They said they would come by with ant bait traps, but they never came by and we never heard anything else about it. The ants weren't a major problem though so I didn't follow-up. For the price, this place was fine and we didn't regret staying here. It's definitely doable for short stays.
