Great lodge in Akagera National Park. Excellent customer service. Had traditional Rwandan dancers for evening entertainment. It was an awesome experience. Highly recommend!

I was told that they didn't have my reservation. I showed the confirmation from Expedia and they provided me a room. I like the bed, but I wanted "hot" shower after a long drive.

There was no airport shuttle for platinum member as promised. Toilet design was poor as the shower didn’t have a cubicle and water was all over the place.
