"Very nice hotel in downtown Boston . Food , shopping, parks near by. Comfortable bed , quiet room even on a small size. Good amenities, great front desk. "

"Room was clean but the hair conditioner dispenser was empty. I didn’t bring my own expecting a supply at the hotel so it did create an issue for me. Staff was extremely nice. Minor detail but inconvenient that the light at the coffee bar didn’t work. "

"We stay at this hotel every year to see a Celtics game and have always had a great stay. The older gentleman that has worked the front desk for years is the most welcoming and accommodating staff we have ever encountered at a hotel and we look forward to seeing him every year! "

"We had a lovely stay… the only downfall was we didn’t realize there were multiple building to the hotel, be 8 degrees out on the day we stayed, we had to walk outside to get to the hotel restaurant and checking in / out. Other than that, the bartender was very personable and the property beautiful- and we will certainly come back to enjoy in May and warmer weather! During out stay we attended a Bruins game, which was in walking distance to TD garden. We enjoyed the sitting area - couch and coffee table with then nespresso pods for some quiet time in the morning- check out is noon- so nothing was rushed. "

" Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were great and clean and conveniently arranged. We had four rooms for a bachelor party, everyone was happy. It is not a great part of the city for driving but you can walk in any direction and enjoy Boston."
