"Hotel was clean and desk staff efficient and friendly. Room was Ok but no in-room coffee. Dinner was disappointing. Food was OK, service was not as friendly as front desk. Slightly condescending and very reluctantly performed. Felt more like Paris than beachfront hotel in Italy. "

"Pleasant older style hotel. Reception staff most serious. Restaurant/breakfast staff very nice & friendly. Parking easy. Rooms adequate. Someone needs to introduce rhe cleaning staff to bleach-to remove mould in shower tile grout."

"Recently we had delightful experience at this property CasaMia B&B. The service and the atmosphere here exceeded our expectation . The rustic home is lovely and we enjoyed every morning the breakfast served by a wonderful hostess seniora Francesca and her helper. The diversity of breakfast was mind blowing ,toasted ham and cheese sandwiches, eggs, cereals, the diversity of cookies and the nice Italian coffee served on the garden, we really enjoyed .Looking forward for our next visit . "We had a wonderful stay - kids are 8&11 and everything was amazing! Friendly staff, gorgeous lodge, organised and clean. Great water slides too!"

"Lovely hillside location with beautiful views. Restaurant had a very nice selection and food was great. Breakfast instead was quite average. The hotel is fairly old so rooms are quite dated, but we enjoyed the stay nonetheless. "

"Very nice staff, excellent breakfast room on the 5th floor with view over the village, rooms are a bit aged, but clean, you need a car to go to the restaurants and the beach. Pricing is fair. "

"Very beautiful place in the middle of a small, warm, green village. We had the privilege of experiencing the autumn festival and the chestnut harvest. The room was spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool and the terrace offer a pleasant complement. Breakfast was perfect. A few kilometers by car from the mountains and attractions of Ascoli Piceno and Castelluccio di Norcia. "
