"Shuttle stops at 11pm so with our late flight we missed the shuttle . 20 dollar taxi ride so not a huge issue but be aware …. Breakfast was decent with lots of choices."

The breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options The hot tub was never busy when we were there, and the water was very hot and the facilities very clean The room itself is tiny, but very efficient. We have stayed here twice now and it’s our new go to hotel when we have an overnight at Narita between flights "

"Duty room old very very hard beds horrible "

"positive: the staff here are very sweet and professional. having a family mart on the premises is very nice! the free shuttle to the airport is great. negative: the rooms are very old. it smells very old and stuffy in the hallways and the rooms. there is paint chipping everywhere with stains and possible mold in the bathroom. the hotel felt very depressing. my father in law also might have had bed bugs, he woke up with many bites over his body after our one night of staying there. the staff was very nice and provided him with anti-itch cream to help with the discomfort. overall, we would not stay here again even though the price was great. "
