"Nicely located, clean room, acars in the street can be noisy but on e the window is closed you almost can't hear a thing. Air Co worked well and got a silent mode for the night. Be careful, if you want the room to be cleaned, you need to put the sign on the ha del. We did not but the staff got us clean towels and couple of this GS missing for our second day. Highly recommended. Easy to park in the streets next to it."

"Michele was very responsive & welcoming from the time I booked the accommodation. He sent a few links to places to see in Carloforte plus the ferry timetable which were all very helpful. Our room was very quiet, clean with a comfortable bed. Although breakfast wasn’t included, there is a kitchen with utensils, etc that one can use for a take out meal. Would highly recommend staying here. "

"Premetto che io normalmente sto a 21 gradi a casa mia, detto cio NON andate mai in inverno. 1) la proprietà scalda solo le stanze con il condizionatore ma dato che la casa è ghiacciata pareti e pavimento rilasciano un freddo che il condizionatore non riesce a compensare. 2) bagno in stanza ghiacciato perché la proprietà non accende il calorifero 3) area colazione a circa 13 gradi dato che la proprietà non accende riscaldamento della casa come detto sopra. 3) fa più freddo in casa che fuori...

"It’s an unstaffed hotel. You check in through WhatsApp and get a code to the door. All of that worked very well. It’s nice and clean and in a nice neighbourhood in central Cagliari. There was a manhole cover on the street outside the window that made a loud noise every time a car drove by, which was often. Since I’m a light sleeper that wasn’t ideal for me. "Family run b&b and the owners were fantastic. Included simple breakfast. The rooms were nice and we enjoyed very well. To the beach is about 2,4 km. Restaurants and shop very near the b&b. Definetly recommend this place. "
